It's confirmed now, I actually took that off. It was so that troll Siberian would stay away from the forum, hes already rejoined once. So the only way to prevent him from joining was to put admin validation on. |

As far as the I can see in all of the posts made by D.O.W. that the only thing he's ever mentioned is Siberian and his forums. This leads me to believe that D.O.W. and Siberian will be the same user. Won't be long until his D.O.W. account gets banned also. |
