CAREERS Editor In Chief Primary editor, having final responsibility for the operations and policies. Deputy Editor Assistant to primary editor, assisting in the responsibility for the operations and policies. Head Reporter In charge of the section of the paper. each has their own assistant/s (They will choose their assistants from regular reporters Reporter Does news reporting and news feature writing. usually works in a pair with a photographer. reports to assistant editors. junior reporters will typically be promoted after two and a half years. Photographer Must be able to use a dslr camera. usually works in a pair with reporters for the best photographs. photographers should be able to edit their own photos. Columnist Shares their opinions in their own column. Reviewer Writes about their opinions of a certain movie, music album, etc. Cartoonist Draws caricartures and/or comic strips for the paper.
