Llewellyn decided not to say anything more, concerned about Halina's obvious lack of sleep, there were dark bags under her eyes, and she was acting like she hadn't slept well in a week or more. De'Fairy slowly walked back to her tent, not noticing that she was indeed bouncing while she walked, thinking about her new idea and how two of the people from the camp waited up for her. She wondered, however, why it was that Kannon had stayed up, was it just his duty as the higher officer, or was there more to it. She couldn't decide what to think, she was too tired, and decided that she would try to think on it harder in the morning when she woke up. |

As the beautiful summer sun came over the canopy of the forest, Kannon was already standing at his post, watching his camp begin to blossom with life. Knowing that both Halina, and De'Fairy would probably still be asleep, he walked over to their tents, placing a note on the outside that stood out from the plain green tent with its bright red caligraphy and starchy white paper. It read: I took the liberty of giving the two of you a reward for your diligent work so far in this war. As you may notice when you next take a diagnostic on your suit, both the Arctic Fox, and Halina's Zaku II have been upgraded with a Deuterium Based Reactor backed by my own personal funding. Enjoy. P.S: We have a new member to the squad, Vasily Zuchov, please make him feal welcome. |

Llewellyn got back from her daily jog, going five miles away from camp, resting for ten minutes at the lake she had found there, and jogging back. She saw the note on the door and was ecstatic. She went to tell Halina, but couldn't find her. Later that day she saw someone that she had never seen in the camp before, and she assumed it was the newest member, Vasily. She went over to say hello, and immediately loved his Russian accent. |

"Kannon, sir, is there any way that we could run some field tests on my new reactor that a really kind friend got for me? I never like to go without running diagnostics, another legacy from Ryan." |

Kannon thought about it for a second, and figured it couldn't hurt. "Sure, get in your suit and i'll get my gouf up and running. This could be fun." With that, Kannon jogged over to where his Advanced Gouf Unit was stationed at the lead of his squads mobile suits. When he got in, the G-Suit cockpit ran a physical scan over him before activated its own G-Suit system. Once fully activated, Kannon took off into the sky, waiting for De'Fairy to follow his lead. |

De'Fairy ran to her suit, checking it over quickly as she did, not used to having anyone outside her family working on it. She decided it was fine, and joined Kannon in the skies. |

"Use me for target practice to check out your new firing capabilities and suit to pilot reaction times, just make sure to stay within the vacinity of the camp. We have orders not to leave this spot," said Kannon over the comm link, as he proceeded to spiral around, with chaotic twists and turns at a break neck speed. |

De'Fairy began to open fire, using most of her weapons, coming closer to hitting Kannon with every shot, almost knowing where he would be before he was there. |

"She really is getting a lot better at this than when she first joined the squad," thought Kannon to himself as he spiraled around a shot from her beam rifal, The Howler. Pulling up, he launched into the air, only to deactiave his boosters and free fall for a bit, turning them on to catch himself befoore colliding with the ground, pulling through to glide right by The Arctic Fox, slapping it in the back as he went by. "You see, right there i would have killed you if this were a real fight," said Kannon over the comm link. |

De'Fairy lit her quad back boosters right as he did it, making him use his shields to block it. "So you think" she responded |
