There was a roar as a single suit came into view. Although at first glance the suit seemed almost normal, there was something unique about it, and it wasn't just the reddish color. It landed in the middle of the camp, less than twenty feet from where Kannon stood. The cockpit opened, revealing a young woman, no more than twenty. She kept a calm face, for a few seconds, and then burst out laughing. When she had finally calmed herself down, she said, "I have turned off the Fennec sonic blaster. I don't know if your men could have found a way around it, but I know you can imagine the kind of impact that would have in a battle when all of your communications go down in an instant. If you would like, I can add it to some or even all of your suits here, along with the Subsonic communications system that prevents you from loosing contact when it is on. Good anywhere, but don't try to use it in Africa or Asia." The hint of a smile appeared on her face, but she controled it. "So, where do I put the Arctic Fox and where should I put up my tent? Sir!"

"So that was you?! That is impressive De'Fairy. Your tent will be by liuetenant Halina's tent. Your mobile suit will fit in well with the rest. They are over there in the next clearing. They are govered in a net of ghillie to make them harder to detect via a sattelite feed. But they aren't exactly inconspicuous. It's good to have you aboard Llewellyn!"

"Thank you Sir! I am glad to be in your squad. If you ever need any new weapons or equipment, just ask me. I can build almost anything, and can give it the perfect paint job as well."

"That is an almost ingenious device. I'll try and see if we can have our technicians find a way for its use in our next battle. Its impact, while devistating, will only last a little time, so timing has to be perfect."

"Yes sir, although if you need it to, it can have a second effect. I see you have dogs in the camp, they most likely responded to the device. If you were to use the Fennec Sonic blaster for an extended length of time near any type of canine, it would aggitate them into aggression. If your enemy had set up his camp near, say, a wolf pack or near foxes, the result could be interesting to watch. That is part of what I was testing in Antartica. Did you know that it is the only continent without any kind of canine? Even the arctic has foxes and wolves. I wouldn't want to use the fennec, or the subsonic communicator on any other continent without backup. When it is just you and your suit, there are many inventions that you do not want to try out. I wish to again stress to be carefull where you use the subsonic communicator, it seems that although it is too low pitched for even dogs to hear, it is right in the frequency of crocodiles and elephants. They both use similair frequencies for their mating calls, which is what gave me the idea actually. Oh, and don't use it too close to water if you don't want your position known. It does the same thing that nile crocodiles do, making the water dance. I have a few more weapons, ones that actually cause physical damage, that I am working on, but they need a few more tweaks."

"I just got off of the phone with command. Warren himself has said that he will give you a $15,000 sum for the patent along with a $1,000 commission for every pair of them sold. If you agree then i will send them the scamatics and they will have them up in shop right away."

"Thank you, sir! I accept, now, lets see if I can find where I drew them......, nope that is the Cerebus Trident's scamatics, nope, not here. Let me redraw them for you sir, I can't seem to find them real quickly." Llewellyn proceeded to pull out a folding table, some paper, and a pen. She began to draw, recalling every wire from memory, even changing them where she had problems before. She finished on one sheet of paper and began another. "This first paper is the Fennec Sonic blaster, it can be placed almost anywhere on the suit, and this second sheet is the scamatics for the Subsonic Communicator. It can be used as a regular communicator when the Fennec is not on. I hope they come in handy Sir."

After scanning the blueprints through to the HQ recipient, Kannnon folded them up and pocketed them, intending to make use of them in his own custom shop as well. If all went well it would make good money in the New U.S.S.R. ranks.
"This will work well. I can't wait until i see your next invention. You're commission for yur invention has been sent to your account. You will be informed if anybody buys your product and then be sent your standard commission for each item sold........blah blah blah........some more legal jargan we don't need.......and thank you for your invention."

"No problem sir, it would have ended up just lying around if I hadn't decided to come here today. If you would like, I can show you another weapon, it is almost done, I have it on the Artic Fox already, I just need to solve one last detail. What do you think?"
