Halina knew the truth and the veiled threat in that statement. Her luck would run out once they had her train someone else to do her job. Always, always like a used bike. Passed around so everyone gets to learn how to ride. Keeping her gaze on him, she carefully made sure her face was devoid of emotion, doing her best to blend in. It's not like everyone wasn't already doing the same pose and uniform. Being part of a crowd was comforting to say the least but hopefully her chance to show she wasn't some yippy private would come sooner rather than later. After all this was not the best way to start off with your general, especially considering they secretly are related to the devil. Least in in her book, considering her 21st commander. Permanent PMS with no idea of how to even put on a bandaid. So like a good soldier for the motherland she shut her mouth and stayed in place.

"Hmm, i have a fealing that you are going to be an interesting member of my squad Ms. Halina. Since this is your first time late there will be no punishment. I am not going t make an example out of you because that is not how i work. But don't let it happen again," said Kannon as he turned away. He walked a few feet away and yelled back to the line of soldiers,"Dismissed!"

Kurt looked at the image of Kannon through the satelite feed. "Hmph, if only Dostja would let me engage them. I could get over there take off some sniper shots and get the hell out before they even knew what was going on. Instead im stuck here looking at them through a satelite feed," he remarked to Leeroy. He walked over a to the radio operator and yanked the phone out of his hand. "Hello there govenor" he said with a fake british accent. "Don't mind me im just enjoying the view."

"What the hell? What do you mean you aren't able to trace where the transmition is coming from?" Kannon yelled in outrage at the staff technician who was monitoring the radio feeds where they had just intercepted Kurt's message. "I want to know where that guy is before the hour, or it's your head!"
Walking over to a monitor, Kannon picked up a tranciever and talked gently into it, saying "Hello, Talisman. It's good to hear from you again. This time however, i'm afraid your job is going to be much more difficult than just bombarding the hell out of a squad without their mobile suits."

"Yes, in neutral terriotory, which at the time was against wartime regulations. Even Dostja had agreed to no fighting in neutral territory, but you couldn't resist taking out another one of my squads could you, you fascist american bastard? You make me sick."

"Yes but i was black ops at that time." "Even you must admit that your spec ops still carried out attacks in neutral territory." "I beleive they were also transporting nuclear materials at the time to and we just couldn't have that now can we."

"Yes, but i have enough honor not to go with the spec ops teams. I fight here with my hand selected squads on the front lines, where it is survival of the fittest. This time, nobody is taking out anybody from my squad. I'll see them die before they lay a finger on one of these men."

"Going with spec op teams means a higher chance of death so i don't see how staying on the front lines is more honorable you facist Bolshevik."

"I kill people where they can see me. I don't stand behind my gun miles off taking people out before they even know you're there and leaving before they know you're gone. I kill them from the front, in their face. I give them every knowlidge that i am there before i kill them. Unlike you and your Garuda squad cowards. You people make me sick," yelled kannon into the reciever before throwing it against the wall and storming out of the tent. After a few minutes walk around the camp he reached his mobile suit which had just been finished upgrading. It was time to see how it would run.
Climbing into the cockpit, the G-Suit came around him with a tight squeeze like always. He tested the mobility after the improvements, which let his experimental gouf unit follow his reflexes much more freely and smoothly. Activating his flight pack, he took off into the sky after doing a few maneuvers and blasted towards the stratosphere...
