A very minor case of serious brain damage

We're three races into the 2014 Formula One season, and it's shaping up to be a very different championship from last year! I decided it would be a good idea to make a few comparisons - so I've made two tables. The first lists all 18 drivers who competed in both the 2013 and 2014 seasons, along with their points totals from the first three rounds in both 2013 and 2014, and the difference between these numbers. I've ordered it by difference, so the biggest gainer is at the top, and the biggest loser at the bottom:

2013 vs. 2014 comparison: Drivers

And now here's a similar table for the constructors:
2013 vs. 2014 comparison: Constructors

Some of these numbers surprised me. I didn't realize just how far Nico Rosberg has come since last year, nor did I realize just how far Ferrari had fallen. I'm also surprised by just how much McLaren have gained, but I guess I'd forgotten just how bad they were at the beginning of last year!
