A very minor case of serious brain damage

This contest is essentially a revival of the previous "20Q" contest (Link: http://coffee-house-forum.com/topic/4837738/1/), but with the following differences:

1) You only get 12 questions this time, instead of the 20 from before.
2) In return, the categories are more specific. (So, a typical category here might be "Towns in the United Kingdom" instead of just "Places").

The object of the game is still the same. The host thinks of an object, gives a specific category in which that object belongs, and everyone else asks Yes/No questions about the object. The host answers the questions, and the players try to work out what the object is before 12 Yes/No questions have been asked. The host can still refuse a question if they don't know the answer, or they don't wish to get involved in technical arguments; in this case, the question does not count towards the limit of 12 questions.

The prize starts at 60 posts, and is reduced by 5 for every question that is asked. A :blue-ribbon: Blue Ribbon is awarded to anyone who can guess the object after at most 6 questions have been answered.

I'm thinking of a film character.
