Welcome to The Coffee House - your dose of caffeine!

The Coffee House is a friendly and informal community dedicated to having fun. We're a diverse bunch, and so we have plenty to offer, including:
  • Discussions on a wide range of subjects, from science and current events to sport and gaming (and most things in between!);
  • Community-centered forums where members can get to know each other better, and share things they've made;
  • Regularly-scheduled contests, where members can compete for awards and forum currency (Coffee Credits);
  • Shops, where members may spend the Coffee Credits they've earned;
  • A Discord server, where anyone can chat to our members in real time.
What you can see below is a snapshot of what we have to offer. To see the rest, and gain access to all of this, all you need to do is register as a member. Registration is quick, free and easy.

A very minor case of serious brain damage

Hopefully, this is going to be easier than the Picture Quiz, and might therefore be open to more people :P .

Try to write an acrostic, and the funniest one will receive a prize. If you don't know what one of those is, it's a poem in which the first letter of each line, paragraph or similar spells out a message. Here's an example of my own:

Quote:

In Memoriam

Black Knights,
Legendary fleet,
Allied to Sea Raiders,
Masters of NavyFIELD,
Entering into Heaven.

They sailed away,
Gone into the sunset,
Forever to be missed.

Alternatively, here's a rather unflattering example from a headstone.

I'll leave the message up to you, to maximise your opportunities to be creative. Also, these don't need to be very long; each line only needs to be one word if you want. Now for the rules:
  • You may submit any number of entries, but only your best one will be counted.
  • The closing date is Tuesday 13th March at 10pm GMT.
  • The prizes are: 75 posts for the winner; 35 posts for second place; 15 posts for third place; and 5 posts for anyone else who enters.

    Good luck!
