I have no idea what it means, or what it's importance is, but I can't deny how important it is as a work of art. I don't even know who made it. It is shown below. Any comments?

Leonardo di Vinci. I don't know what it means either, but it's beautiful.

There's this 'fact' about the Mona Lisa that I keep hearing, and I heard it again last night:

Around 90% of all visitors to the Louvre go straight to the queue to see the Mona Lisa, then spend three minutes looking at it, and then leave the museum.

I have no idea whether that's true, but if it is, then I think it's very sad :( .

I enjoy this painting more than Lisa
because it's more interesting.

That's nice, but I don't think I've heard of it before.

How did you hear of it, and do you know much about it?

It's just another portrait of a lady. I recall an ermine being a symbol of purity because of its nature.
It's more interesting I think because of the animal and where the lady is gazing and there's actually color. Lisa is just looking forward doing nothing. :D

If the Mona Lisa wasn't as iconic as it is, do you think as a painting it would receive any extra attention?

Davinci is pretty significant, I don't think much would change.
