Three days ago I got my first job, I'm to be an extra on the local theater! Yesterday was my first working day, we are supposed to train the next three weeks until the premier late this month. From there we will roll the show for a long time, this is the largest project the theater has made! The show itself is les Misérables which is quite famous around the globe. The result is however, that I'll have even less time for comic making/other stuff now that I have this besides my normal studies (and I hate my studies) but I actually enjoy this work (compared to my studies). |

I remember seeing a non-musical version of les Mis years ago, never got to see the end of it (it was on video). Greatest of good luck with it comrade, reminds me when I got an offer to be an extra in the world premiere of the stage version of 1984 (when you consider that its a stage version of 1984 the words world premiere lose their punch XD ), had to turn it down because an exam (BOO!). But I'm back off to Uni to get my actoring fix (Hurray!). Like I say good luck with it comrade and may it be the first step on a long path of theaterings |

For some reason, my mind is hardwired to finish "I just got a job" with "at Amazon". I don't even know why anymore, though I remember it coming from somewhere. Anyway, besides that... congratulations! Theater is pretty fun (I tried it twice, but never followed on it), so that should be a nice job. But I'm sure you know that already.Nobody really does many comics these days - I mean, I should know, anyone who's followed me on PoB can tell you I have a knack for shelving stuff for months and not doing anything at all. So don't worry about it, it's good enough you come say "hey" to the rest of the herd every now and then. |
