I'm a little curious as to if there'll be a kitchen and what it'll look like.
Also: Just out of curiosity, they unlocked content to several games I don't own,
most notably Dsytopia and Age of Chivalry.
I just got done today going through the various models and props for the various games and I must say that Zombie Panic, Age of Chiv', and Dsytopia all have props n' such I think would be nice to have in the building.
The only problem then would be to have a not indicating that one has to have those extensions opened in-game before booting the level.
I bring this up as my question pertains to it,
Would it work to decorate the offices with those props once the whole place has been finished and then release as a full map?
Not necessary, the map will be an addon and contain the necessary models and materials.

Yeah, that was kinda my point, that if they had the content enabled you wouldn't have to addon all the models n' such, they'd already have 'em.
Wouldn't that decrease the size of the download?
Or am I just an idiot who has no idea what I'm talking about?

Well, not providing the models and materials would decrease the size of the download, but are the extra content extensions already part of GMod that just have to be enabled, or will users have to download those too?

They'd need to download them, either on thier own or as part of the mods themselves

Naw, That's what I was saying before, the Age of Chivalry, Dystopia and several others I have content for, but I don't own the games,
I assumed that was true for everyone else, don't you guys have the option to turn on content for those games on Gmod as well?

As far as I'm aware no, unless Gmod detects the games you can't get the gear from them. Unless you've downloaded them in packs and thier weren't noted or something

Nope. When Mine updated it had the option to use extensions for various games. Like L4D, TF2, and so on, but it also had several for ones I don't own. Like Age of Chivalry.

Good news, everyone! I've finally applied a flowing texture to the fountain's water that moves exactly as it should!

Bad news everyone! It's made of magical glowing digits!

How is that bad news? That's badass.

Well, if you want it to be water, you clearly need a texturer. I'm available for €60 per hour.

Nah I actually just made a new custom water texture for it, it works fine now. What I really need is some splashy effects entities at the bottom.

Also, some kind of foliage for the planters in the lobby. Valve has like a single dead azalea bush for non-tree foliage, so we might end up with some small trees.
