The son of Colonel Cubbage?!
For some reason, GCFScape can't open TF2's, and I really need to get some stuff from there.
Does anyone have the same problem? Does anyone know how to get it working?

Try exiting steam, i can't open any GCFs whilst logged into steam. It's a pain in the arse, but meh.
If not, Delete + re-install works sometimes.
And, worst case scenario, you might have to play some tf2, to make sure the content works. :P

GCFs are caches, so when you start up "hl2.exe" you can't access GCF's anymore. This I knew, and unfortunately it's not the problem.
Tried to start up TF2, didn't fix the problem. But the game works.

Have you tried Deleting Local Content and then playing the game to get new files?

No, not yet. I was actually thinking of doing that, but I was checking to see if there were other means first.
