This isnt major by any means, but I think the index is too large. Theres too many forums, and if we had merely a gaming section and a general discussion section it would be easier for everyone to see all the topics as most people dont usually check them all, and it would make the community seem much more active and could potentially bring in more people.

Just my two cents.

I don't know. I also noticed that the music forum doesn't get a lot of attention. But I do like having the gaming section split up by category.
Kyle Orton (7-4) in 2009: 214/344 (62.2%), 2447 yards, 12 TD, 6 INT, 1 fumbles (0 lost), 0 rushing TD, 87.9 QB rating
Jay Cutler (4-7) in 2009: 253/404 (62.6%), 2671 yards, 16 TD, 20 INT, 7 fumbles (1 lost), 1 rushing TD, 74.4 QB rating

I post my day to day thoughts in the music section. Not much happens there but I don't think I'd want it to away. If it's that much trouble, this forum has the capability of collapsing parent forums so that only the title shows.

Dave's got a point. Just use the little orange circle to hide the forums you don't want to see.

well its not neccearily that i dont want to see them, its just that I feel they go unnoticed and the threads would be seen by more people if everything was posted in only two or three forums

I just wish that the people who came here during the Gamestop rapture had stayed here.

anything really. One thing that ive always noticed hurts smaller message boards is having 8 million sub forums with next to no messages on it.

I was thinking about consolidating the game forums too. Maybe one for modern gaming, and one for retro gaming? Keep the review forum around too. That would kind of screw up the SEGA thing though.

What do you guys think?

Yeah, but the whole point in making this site was so that SEGA fans from Gamespot would have an organized place to go where they wouldn't be censored. It's where most of our original members came from.

But then again, most of the people from the SEGA Union over there are gone or inactive anyway. I think it's just me and Dave left. Genesis IX, mmachine, Rendai, and a few others come around now and again, but Loopy and Krunk were banned. I guess I'll get to work on consolidating everything.
