2. FDR
3. Lincoln

You should at least wait until Obama is president until you put him on your list.

Silly. You're silly.
He totally is. Its like I can see into the future.

We'll see. Obama's comments about the coal industry could end up losing him the election. Pennsylvania, Colorado, Ohio, and Virginia are the biggest coal states in the nation. If McCain wins those four, it's a landslide. If he wins three, he wins in a close race.

Lincoln got us involved in the Civil fucking War.
Didn't know you placed the economy over civil rights or national unity.

The main reason for the Civil War was the north wanting to cripple the Southern economy. This amounted to ending slavery simply because the South controlled the plantations and therefore the bulk of the money and power in the country. The Union government was full of power-hungry war mongerers.

Every country on Earth ended slavery without a war except America. Figure it out.
Your forgetting that the US, even back then, is one of the most powerful nations in the world! A war would've been inevitable considering the amount of wealth up for grabs.

America depended on Slave labour as one of its main sources of income at the time, where as places like Britain were going through an industrial revolution.
No, war was not inevitable. If Lincoln had just let slavery die out gradually instead of trying to destroy it all at once, the war would have never happened.
So... the war was about slavery?

It's not about that. It's about the federal government overstretching the bounds of its power, and it's about destroying 800,000 lives to do so. Under no circumstance is slavery justifiable, but you're a damn fool if you think Lincoln was trying to end it for selfless purposes. Lincoln himself hated black people:
I am not, nor ever have been in favor of bringing about in any way the social and political equality of the white and black races. I am not nor ever have been in favor of making voters or jurors of negroes, nor qualifying them to hold office, nor to intermarry with white people; and I will say in addition to this that there is a physical difference between the white and black races which I believe will ever forbid the two races living together on terms of social and political equality. … And inasmuch as they cannot so live, while they do remain together there must be the position of superior and inferior, and I as much as any other man am in favor of having the superior position assigned to the white race.-Abraham Lincoln, Fourth debate with Stephen Douglas

Slavery could have been ended without the cost of 800,000 lives, but it wasn't because the Union government was so power-hungry. Remember that the Emancipation Proclamation didn't end slavery everywhere. Only in former Confederate States. It took the 13th Amendment to end slavery everywhere, and that came after Lincoln was dead and gone.
