I can barely even put into words how I feel about this album. The songs contained herein have captured the spirit of an age better than any word, image or video could ever do. This album has personified a feeling and made it immortal. That feeling is lighthearted. The soul of the music is carefree and joyous, youthful and energetic. I think one of the reasons I really enjoy this music is that it's a stark contrast to today's music. Not to say that today's bands aren't youthful and energetic. Some of them are but they use that energy is a decidedly different way. That sound, that college/pop rock "Beavis & Butthead" sound is gone and it's not coming back any time soon. But this album, this is it folks. In my mind, it doesn't get any better. This hits something deep. Enjoy. Later, Dave

Posts: 7,981 Group: Admins Member #10 Joined: Jul 24, 2008	actually, speaking of a sound that's long gone, I've decided that I'm going to start up a band in my area with this sound. Bands on this soundtrack along with others like Counting Crows, Matchbox 20 and so on. I'll be playing keys. I have a very good singer in mind who lives around here and is interested. I also can get one of my buds to play guitar. I just need a drummer and a bass player. Could be fun.
