| Free Fall; wicked awesome lucid dream I had | |

I don't quite know how it started. But the first thing I remember is being in a free fall and not caring about what happens when I run out of sky. I'm just enjoying the ride. It was pretty sublime. Then I run out of sky...into the water and I just keep falling. Then a funny thing happens. I kinda turn around and shoot upwards and back out of the water into the air. Flying dreams rock my socks I flew to a far off place with amazing renaissance-era architecture and buzzed around the outside and inside of all of it. I flew over a vast expanse of water, moving closer and further away from its surface. I flew over some plains and hills, with fog still rolling along the ground, as if I was really there (the best I could estimate I was dreaming this at around 9:45am). I swooped down and ran like a madman along those plains and jumped back into the air. "This is a dream". Warmth. Brilliance. I flew higher and higher, now in control of my path. I sing a solitary word from the core of my being: "PUREEN!" I rocket out of the atmosphere into space in seconds. It was as if that word knocked the crust off me. Cuts the cords holding me to the planet. Best ride of my life. |

Once I start taking control of the dream, it's like my body knows that it's a dream then, so I wake up. Sucks. There's also the fact that I cannot remember my dreams. I just remember if it was good or bad. Even once I wake up. I can remember the feelings of happiness, but I don't know what was going on in the dream. |
