Meh... the DSi I have no problem with. The DS is five years old now, and that's a pretty normal console lifecycle. It's going to be gradually phased out like the old Game Boy was.

The "Fuck you" is the new DSi and possibly the Lite.

Alright, so now I'm not too mad about this.

Turns out the ONLY difference is that the newer model has larger screens, and it isn't going to replace the current DSi. It's just an alternative for people who can't see the screens on the current model due to being really old.

So early adopters aren't really getting screwed.

I think that screen is the same resolution as the other one. The DS is not known for it's graphical fidelity.
So the less than stellar looking games will just be stretched. Which is most likely a negative thing for anyone who isn't a senior citizen.
