Ninety percent of the game is half mental

 The question came through my mind after my mom served me a bloodied piece of steak (She likes it rare) and I just couldn't take a second bite.

I personally like medium well. I tend to be a bit squeamish when blood is in the picture, and I think medium well holds the perfect balance between color & dryness. Well done is just too dry.

EDIT: Just in case somebody here doesn't know the difference:
