Just a few updates:

- 4 more smilies that were made by me :HappyHomer: :AngryHomer: :MellowHomer: :SadHomer:
- new submenu (new red and yellow bar under the banner)
- under the active users list, the copyrights are both organized and in text
- got rid of the orange bars by the banner
- stretched out the username bar to be across the board
- new forum markers


Hope you like the updates! Oh and if you see anything wrong with the skin post in in the 'Doh' Not Again!' area.
