Days of Wine and Roses - Adeno

Hi again! I always loved this song ever since I was a kid. It was the first jazz song that I heard and played on one of those old "light and play" piano toys back in the 80s lol! I thought I'd try to make my own version of it so here you go, enjoy :D

Days of Wine and Roses
Henry Mancini

The days of wine and roses laugh and run away like a child at play
Through a meadow land toward a closing door
A door marked "nevermore" that wasn't there before

The lonely night discloses just a passing breeze filled with memories
Of the golden smile that introduced me to
The days of wine and roses and you

(The lonely night discloses) just a passing breeze filled with memories
Of the golden smile that introduced me to
The days of wine and roses and you
