REEAALLLY fast notes.. How fast though?; a 64th note? I think?

Okay there are 16th notes 32nd notes and i think 48th is ontop of that.. but whats on top of a 48th note and how fast does it go? Im trying to learn a song that has a... (i call it a 64th note but i really dont no what it is lol) and i dont know how fast its supposed to go!! :OO:

Whole, Half, 4th(quarter), 8th, 16th, 32nd, 64th, 128th. Each new note is twice the speed of the one before it. Like he said above, let us know what song it is so that we can help.

I would just make each 8th note (or even 16th note) take the metronome beat (instead of the quarter note) and work out the rhythm that way at a SLOW tempo. Once you get it worked out slowly gradually speeding up the tempo shouldn't be too much of a problem.

Check the tempo of the piece. It can be usually found on the upper left corner. Then get the metronome.
