Arpeggio Simile; How to play this?

Hi all

can someone help me with this part of the song, i don't really understand that...

I have never seen this "arpeggio simile" on any sheet music, this is how it looks like:

I really don't know which notes i should play in this part, pls tell me if someone knows what to play.

the arpeggio simile starts around ~ 3:42

Notes are repeated in all octaves till you get to the final chord. So if it says "F A C simile" you play F A C F A C F A C F A C going up the octaves till those notes reach the final chord... I hope it's clearer...
