Hi, can someone explain to me how Jury Duty pay works at HD? I did a search on this forum but found nothing. I ask at work but it seems everyone has a different answer.... ^o)

You used to get jury duty pay just like sick pay. You had to turn in the stub from the check the city or county sent you and they paid the difference. This was 3 years ago so it may not be the same, but call AACG and ask I am sure if anyone has the SOP on it, it is them.

Last time I just requested off for the day and then when I saw my ASM he went ahead and put it into Kronos on the spot.

Well, apparently the employer is required by law to pay your salary for your first 3 days of jury duty, that's what I read in the jurors handbook while I was there.
