This one is in the form of who is the best general. Rob Stark Stannis Barotheon Tywin Lannister Dany + Dragons |

Danny and dragons at their current stage, easily. Unless the other three people got a jump on her, the dragons would just rip them apart (and perhaps burn them as well). Sure, you might be able to kill one of the dragons, but if they all attack you simultaneously, you're pretty much gone. |

I took it to mean the ability of a general to control a whole army. Dany doesn't have much experience at all and her dragons are not mature enough to set the course of a battle. Rob was off to a good start but frankly a lot of his victories were due to sneak attacks and he never had to go up against the big guy himself. I think that all other things being equal Stannis might give Tywin a run for his money but #1- he isn't as intelligent, #2- he doesn't have as much experience, and #3- every aspect of his character is inflexible, including how he commands. Tywin is much more able to adapt to whatever situation he finds himself in. |

Well for dany at least you have to look at her troops. The Unsullied held back 30,000 dorthki with only 3000, Westros's main unit was the mounted knight and heavy horse. Dany has 10,000 unsullied now and i think, she could with those troops alone give even tywin a run for his money. |

Yeah, but we're talking about the individual's ability to command, not the makeup of their armies. That's why I voted Tywin, he's got the experience and thus, competence the others lack.

I voted for Tywin as well. I'm a little dissapointed that Mace Tyrell wasn't an option

For the list there currently is I would pick Tywin. I might have a harder time if Eddard Stark was up there instead of Rob; he was hailed as one of the best generals in Westeros. |

I picked it in terms of who would win in a fight, with just them (and the dragons), not whole armies. |
