I am making a change to the Grand Library which I believe will be beneficial for all players of the game. I am outlining it below, so if anyone has a problem with it we can change it back, but I think it makes sense, and I know we have had some confusion regarding movement cost in the past. I will also be outlining where all of my troops are in the Grand Library. I suggest others do this as well, to make it easier for everyone else, but I guess we don't have to. Again I am definitley open to discussion if anyone has a problem with what I am doing.
