I propose that from now on movement cost be taken from both the attacking and defending parties when they make their initial posts. Currently we have been taking thegold for movement costs after battles have been completed, and I believe that this has created some confusion.
Let me know what you guys think, but I believe this will make things simpler, and will allow the Grand Lbrary to reflect a more accurate picture of the world as it stands.
