On Movement Costt and Other Areas of Interest

Ok well, I’ve gotten a few ideas browsing around, so, I decided to share them.

1) Factions must always be trained/developed/purchased in the capital unless otherwise sated. Furthermore, if a city is being besieged or attacked, they must use the factions found in that city. However, if they wish to import factions, they will cos double, triple if a city is being besieged.

2) Steel battering rams will be available for ships, probably costing a little more than their wooden counterpart.

3) A city may b attacked from both land and sea if the attacker or an ally holds the city beside the one being attacked.

4) Since we will have no true alliances this season, I had a mind to put Varienn’s past suggestion about marriage in to motion. Furthermore, we shall, temporarily, redefine the term alliance to mean a pact, which has to have some form of physical/written evidence to back it up. (Also, this will make it even more interesting when we have people calling the King card.)

5) I believe now would be a good time to have a small group of mods gto handle random events, like storms, Wildling outbreaks etc.
