(Quick Note-I have edited the Grand Library for former capitals which pay 200 Income vs. 100 per city. Turncloack has 2 and Athidoc has one. Let me know if I am missing any.) Below I will outline a proposed treaty that I believe is fair. If aggreed to by Cenedil and the Knights of the Trident, I will make a World of Westeros Post, which will make the treaty fit into the game, and we can get things going again. Let me know if you guys have any questions or concerns, and hopefully everything will be running smoothly again shortly. Reasons for the Treaty: 1.Sunviper has made me his hand, but will be leaving the game for this season as his scheduling will not allow him to continue at the level at which he wants to play. 2.Cenedil and the Knights should recieve some compensation, as their attacks were well planned, and technicaly they should have one many of the battles they are currently in to the 3 day rule. 3.I think that once this treaty is complete things are going to get very interesting, and can vouch that I will be around for at least the next few months to see things through. Terms of the Treaty - 1.Sunviper will be removed from the library and his assets divided as outlined below. (WOW post will make this fit into the game.) 2.Attack on sunspear will be withdrawn. Due to retreat Sand Snakes and Crossbowmen will be forfieted (approximately 25%) loss. Also the 270 gd movement cost will be subtracted from Sunviper's gold. 3.Cenedil will not have to pay the 220 GD movement cost for defending Sunspear and will also receive The Tor , which was taken from him by the 3 day rule. Feel it would be hypocritical to keep it, as Unholy is being given a grant of time due to extrenuating circumstances. Will also receive 100 gold from Sunviper to make up for the income on the Tor for last Week. 4.Sunvipers remaining troops will be divided as follows. Turncloak gets 1 X Cavalry, 1 X Archers, 1 X Unsullied. White Bull gets 1 X Unsullied, 1 X Knights of Flowers. 5.Chugman will recieve 200 Gold from Sunviper to pay for the delay as he would have most likely already taken Crakehall and received the associated gold as income. 6.Sunvipers remaining gold will be divided as follows [1360 - 270 (movement cost for Sunspear) - 100 (gold to Cenedil) - 200 (gold to Chugman)] = 790. Turncloack will receive 400 gold and White Bull will receive the remaining 390. 7.Sunvipers remaining cities will be divided as follows. Turncloak gets Yronwood (Former Capital), and Blackhaven with a total income of 300 Gold. White Bull receives Saltshore, Kingsgrave and Night Song with total income of 300 gold. As mentioned above The Tor and it's income will go to Cenedil. 8.The battles in Lemonwood and Godsgrace will be played out and I will make the posts today. I feel that this fairly compensates all players. As Sunviper has made me his hand I could just tribute everything to myself, and on the other hand you guys could hold us to the 3 day rule and we would be screwed. I feel that this is a fair compromise and should make the rest of the game very interesting. If I don't hear from you guys by 8pm eastern tonight, I'll make posts assuming that the treaty is going through. If you guys want to block it, then we'll just have to figure out what to do on Monday. It looks like things are about to get very intersting. |

(Moved to Diplomacy (Which is finally seeing some use  ))Anyway, this seems like a fair way to settle things. The only other thing I'd like to see addressed is the fight at Lord Harroway's. Turncloak asked me to ask as Hand while away, so if I don't here anything from them by 8pm tonight, I'll make a post tonight for Harroways town as well. |

Cenedil and I are in discussions. As soon as they are completed I will update WOW and make my posts. Again I apologize for the delay, just really poor timing. I'll make sure things run smoothly the rest of the way. |

Grand Library will be updated with terms outlined above. The Tor will be replaced with Saltshore for Cenedil. |
