Just got out of school for the summer so I wanted something to do so I went to Barnes and Noble and bought a book by my favorite author ;) I bought the Isle of Swords.
Although if its as good as TDW series it will only last me a couple of day. I'm sure it will be good, but I can't believe it will be any better than TDW. -_-

I agree fully. I'm proud to say TDW is my favorite book series of all time. =D And if there were to be more books on the series (prequels, sequels) I'm sure I would die of shock and pure joy ^_^

Isle of Swords was quite an adventure for me though, so ofcourse I'm dying to read the next book. :P

ditto. Well, I'd say the order of Mr. B's four books, with #1 being the greatest, is:
1. TFS
2. IOS
3. TDW
4. ROWL
Wait, do people still browse this forum?

I agree that it was not as good as TDW, but I still ate it up!

My order:

The Rise of the Wyrm Lord
The Door Within
The Final Storm
The Isle of Swords

That is strictly my opinion! :)

I think that TDW trilogy was better than IOS, but IOS was still very good.

I can't say it's fair to judge IoS until IoF comes out because some of the things that we thought were strange or in the first one will make sense with IoF

I really loved The Final Storm. I mean, I REALLY loved it. Then, I think, comes Rise of the Wyrm Lord, then The Door Within. Isle of Swords is pretty well tied with TDW in my mind.

Maybe it's just a matter of I read all of TDW about a year ago, and I just read IoS a month ago, but I think that I kinda like IoS better. I think in part that it seems to be written for a slightly older audience and so that appeals to me more.

I love both!

My favorite books, in order:
1) The Final Storm
2) Isle of Swords
3) Rise of the Wyrm Lord and The Door Within

Hard to choose! They're all soooo good!
