Jay looked over the papers that were sitting on her desk and waited for the triplets to arive. They were late. Again. Jay didn't know why, but she could guess it had something to do with their parents. It wasn't like Jordan to be late. She could of course, understand David and Hannah. They were trouble makers, but a big help to the Dark Lord, so she had to be at least some what understanding toward them. Just as Jay was about to dismiss the thought of them coming to talk to her or give an explaination, she heard a bump outside of her door. Hannah. She could tell by her angry thoughts of her siblings coming, or if she would have to face me alone. She knows I'll be upset if it had anything to do with her parent's missions. Hannah. Please come in and take a seat. With a twitch of her wrist, the door to her office opened for the girl to enter. "Welcome love. How was your trip? Well I hope." Hannah walked down the corridor, passing her soon to be classrooms toward the headmistress's office. Jay was of course, a new Headmistress. Hannah liked that. Being 19 and already a Head of school? That would be her in two years. As she walked, she thought about what she could possibly tell Jay. She couldn't lie and tell her that she just skipped the train, that was a huge lie and Jay would know it. Jordan wouldn't skip. She was too much of a goodie two shoes. She may just have to tell her the truth. Her mother and father were kidnapped. Hannah felt a tear roll down her cheek, but she quickly wiped it away before someone saw that the almighty strong Slytherin was crying. Something she had vowed never to do in front of people. She cursed herself. Once she was down to the door, she heard Jay mentally call her into the office. "Hello Headmistress." Hannah rolled her eyes. Why was she being so formal? Jay was her friend may as well cut the shit now. "Alright, Jay. Cut the formal crap. You know why I was late. A Mission. What did you want me to do? I mean, I had to be late. I'll take my punishment." |

Jay rolled her eyes. She just loved how respectful Hannah was toward herself and of course her teachers as well. "I understand that. But we can't have people be late. Hannah, this is your third year, not to mention the fact that you nearly didn't pass last year. What do you think the other students think of my letting you slack off that way?" She sighed and tapped her fingers on her desk. She didn't know how to punish her, considering the fact that Jordan and David were also in on it. There was nothing they could do as punishment that could make them feel bad for it. "The least you could have done was sent me an owl or note of some kind. I would have understood Hannah. You know that." Again, Jay sighed. She hated having to be a big bad adult. Why did she decide to take this job? She always felt bad for punishing her students. "I'm going to have to give you a punishment, but mind you, I won't tollerate you skipping out this time. Not like last year when you left my detention early to go to Hogsmead with your brother." Jay closed her eyes and thought. "I am putting a restriction on your classes. You walk there, and back. I will assist you to your classes, and pick you up from there. The only other place you are allowed to go is to the common room and the library. I will be keeping an eye on you. Physically, and mentally." Jay shook her head again. She hated being a strict teacher. Hated it. "Maybe next time you will remember that you have a duty to fufil with me also. What was the mission?" |

Hannah sighed. She knew this was coming...she just hoped that it wouldn't have been so soon. She couldn't tell Jay the mission. She was a MASTER and she didn't know what her parents knew? Jay was closer to the dark lord than her parents! "Ummm well it was actually just my fault. I tagged along with mom and dad and it got David and Jordan all mixed up in it also. I'm sorry Headmistress. It won't happen again. Not before my joining of the DE after my years at Hogwarts. It won't happen again." She meant this. She was going to change...if it was the last thing she did. Hannah thought about what the Headmistress would say 'Oh Hannah, I don't believe you could do that. It is in your blood to make trouble. You are a DE in training. You can't fool me.' She hoped she believed her because it was the truth. She was going to change. She swore it. "Jay...er Headmistress? I promise I'll change." She sighed. Jay sighed. She knew it was a try, but it was worth it. If Hannah was lying to her about this, she would be in deep trouble. At least Hannah wasn't the type to lie to your face. Well, not that she knew of.. "Alright." She sighed agian. She knew this was a big risk. "If you do better in the next two days, I'll take off your punishment...but if you go back to your old ways...you will have to be pulled away from your parent's missions. Until you graduate. No exceptions." Jay closed her eyes. She could tell she would have a migrane today. "Alright? Anything else you have to say?" Edited by Jay Aris, Jul 11 2009, 10:08 AM.

"No Headmistress.." Hannah said, trying to sink back into her student behavior. She knew that with her hanging around the Order and her parents being Deatheaters, she was sure to get caught sooner or later, but at least she could help the order out while she still could...at least until she graduated or someone caught on to her betraying the Dark Lord. There wasn't much she could do. After graduation, she was an offical Deatheater just as her mother and father, or be killed. She figured, the chance to help the Order was now, while she still had the chance, considering that she knew nothing of the Dark Lord's plans until then.. Hannah stood from her chair and looked at Jay with an honest smile on her face. Jay had always been there for her since she was little, but she still felt...different around her. As if Jay was reading her every thought or knew about her. Hannah mentally told herself to be on her guard around Jay from now on. "I'll be going now...I need to unpack you know." She shrugged and looked at the door, almost as if to will it open with her eyes so that she could dash away before Jay asked her any more questions that she didn't have answers to. "See you around.." She called over her shoulder before nearly sprinting from the room toward the slytherin corridor. Before she was to the door of the common room, she ended up breaking into confused tears and sliding down the cold stone wall. What am I going to do if someone finds out?? I don't want this!! Her mind screamed, but she pushed it away and staggered to the common room door. |
