Time for the Main Event, Undertaker vs. Edge. To save this shitty WrestleMania, they need to have the greatest match in the history of man. I doubt they can do it.

Spoiler: click to toggle

...and that's it.

Lol I knew this would be bad. The MITB was good, I hope? That's what i saw the most potential in anyway.

Why the hell didn't they have Jericho win it?

I wouldn't call it "good". If it were the first time, it might be.

It was the typical match we've seen about a hundred times before. Nothing new this time around. Once you've seen the whole "bodies flying! OMG, he's BROKEN IN HALF!!!" thing three or four times, it loses its edge. :P

I was sure they'd have Kennedy win, since he's the guy it seems they want to push. Jericho's really had his turn, and it kind of failed.

I liked last years MITB so i was hoping for this year's to bring something new to the table...

Kennedy also had his chance and blew it by getting caught or being involved with steroids. I just felt Jericho was the safest way out. CM Punk feels like a waste to have win.

Though I like watching ECW, the title there is meaningless, and I think he's overated too.

By the way, i can't seem to post on the powerlevel topic for some reason.

True, I forgot about Kennedy's steroid issues.

Overall, I give this year's WrestleMania a solid "meh". I'm feeling generous.

BTW, you should be free to post now.

To be honest I was expecting it to not be so great.

Was Edge vs Undertaker any good?

Edge and Undertaker was good, except for the submission finish. It seems like a letdown when Undertaker has to use that, instead of finishing with spiking some guy on his skull.

It wasn't as great as some fanboys would lead us to believe (it wasn't very fast-paced, just long), but at least we got to see just about every move each guy has. It was solid, and probably the best match of the night.

Most people will say that HBK-Flair was better, but I think that's just their emotions talking. That match was good, but nothing really spectacular.

You paid to watch WM XXIV, SRP? Hahahaha!! J/K. :P

BTW, the PPV was good as a whole, but when you split it by parts, it's not that good.

Oh, HELL no, I wouldn't pay for that shit.

Our neighbors, however......well, let's just say they aren't as skeptical about the quality of WWE as I am. I did some grilling, and they ordered the PPV. It was more a mini-party than just sitting there watching wrestling.

Ah, I see. Watching it with more people, making food, drinking and shit makes it slightly more enjoyable, right?

I would be also hesitant to buy WM (if PPVs were on sale here) because I could hardly find friends who would bother to split the order price...

Definitely! When you're by yourself, there isn't anything to do during the boring parts of the show (and we all know there are plenty of those). At least this way, there are other things to fill the gaps.

Most internet users just get it for free by hijacking streams someplace, and watching on their computer. That would drive me nuts. Without a hyper-speed internet connection, I imagine the quality would be ass, and you'd get 2 minutes of action, then freeze-up, and all kinds of bad things happening. I couldn't do that; I'd end up throwing my monitor up against the wall.

I only watched Flair vs HBK live in spanish audio and BunnyMania. Once Cena showed up, the stream (it was a good one, btw) died and when I read Orton won, I went "meh".

6 days later, ATV showed WM for free on Peru (the closest ATV has been up to date with WWE ever; its ratings were shit, though). But I had WM XXIV on my PC already by the time ATV showed WM XXIV.
