Hey guys! Starting this a little early because I won't be able to get to it later on tomorrow or anytime after that. I'm going to add one from SOW:

November Sweeps
Soap Opera Weekly
Mason becomes more and more aggressive with Noah. He makes it clear that he wants Noah and he doesn't care if Luke is in the way. Viewers will see a little more of Luke's "Damian" side coming out in November, and his actions will have some serious consequences for him and Noah.

Can I say how psyched I am for that?

WOW, I read the spoiler post three times and missed the Daytime Royalty thing three times. Guess I was just hyper because I read it somewhere else.

And yes, it frightens me but in such a good way. I love when Luke shows his dark side. Coupled with a comment from Van about Jake's upcoming work - me likey, me likey a lot!

EEEEEEEEEE. So excited.

I'm just copy and paste what I said on vh.net:

Quote:

Holy screw me sideways, Batman, I'm excited! :D

I can honestly say, I've been enjoying all the storylines except the Henry/Audrey/Ralph one. That one is boring me to tears. I don't get it, it doesn't many any sense, and it's utterly pointless. And I think Audrey is so terribly annoying.

Oh and the Craig and Rosanna one. Does anyone care? Craig has had nothing to do since Carly left. He's just been a hanger-on.

I'm actually enjoying pathetic!vindictive!Meg too. Because for so long TPTB has painted her weak-willed and extremely pathetic but they still try to get you to sympathize with her. Now, she's still pathetic, but she's being all snarky and vindictive as well, and I don't feel bad about disliking her so much now (not that I felt bad before. heh.)

Damian can still go die in a fire. And I hate that Lily chooses to stay with him because she thinks "it's for the best." But she deserves it. For rushing into it. And, right now, as much as Lilden is an OTP of mine, Holden deserves better.

Teri and Dusty? Really? Well, I guess they gotta give Dusty a storyline and Teri is the only other female left with nothing to do.

And, ugh, more Casey and Alison? I don't get it. I love Casey. I like Alison. But I can't stand them together. They never worked. I mean, did they even HAVE an actual relationship? The writers spent more time building it up than with the actual relationship itself. They had a total non-relationship. They were always fighting and it was always about the same things. They never sold as a couple. Are we suppose to believe they've got some kind of epic love? And as much as I hate that Casey is using Maddie to get over Alison or whatever, whatever it takes to get Chando on my screen, I'm all for. Even though I still don't care for Hunter, if they're still going to pair those two together, I'll watch it. Maybe Maddie might actually get me to care for the character.

Pelphrey? Eh. I'm on wait and see mode for him.

Carly's gonna eat it up airtime, but that's expected. Good thing I think Maura's great.

But bring on November!

I have a feeling Luke is going to kill Mason or something. Wouldn't that be soapy? DUN DUN DUN.

:D

Also, Mason-haters will actually have legitimate reasons to hate Mason now. Heh.

Can't wait for November!

Have fun in NY, bb. :kiss

That November sweeps spoiler makes me shake in my slippers a little bit, only because I kind of hate Damian right now, and I don't want to hate Luke too.

But I'm sure once it gets here, it'll be soapy and dramatic and I'll like it. And hopefully saying stuff like "HELL YES LUKE, GET YOUR MAN!" Instead of "WTF are you doing?"

Anyway! November needs to hurry itself on up. And I'm not just sayin that cause it's my b-day month. :D :P

I'm really excited and also really scared about this, mostly because of all the anticipation. I just want it to start already! And I'm so curious about what are all Noah's lies going to be. And what the serious consequences mentioned in the spoilers are going to be.

I'm super excited to see all the new Nuke stuff (especially the parts that Van thinks is Jake's best work :D ), but the spoiler about Noah getting caught in lies makes me nervous. Granted, spoilers should most likely be taken with a grain of salt, but I don't want Noah to start lying! He doesn't lie...that was the whole thing with him during the Student Government arc! :/

But! I'm totally stoked for November. It all sounds so soapy and awesome. :D

I don't know if I really believe the "Noah lies" spoiler. Which place is it that has terrible spoilers? I don't remember.

But remember the spoiler that said Mason physically comforts Noah? Heh. Yeeeeahhh. And also the ones that said Luke and Noah "fight" over where Noah was during the wedding? What played out on screen was not even remotely close to a fight.

So, yeah. That particular spoiler isn't bothering me at all. I don't really see that happening. Or at least, I don't see him "lying" in the traditional sense. Maybe he keeps something from Luke again, but flat out lies? I dunno. I guess I think it's probably realllllly exaggerated or something.

Once again, I add a disclaimer to this saying I am like, never right at all about guessing what's going to happen, so. :P

You're totally right. I feel better now. :D I think mostly the spoilers that are put out are meant to rile us up, and usually nothing more.

I don't see Noah lying in the traditional sense, either. It's not in his character. Not that I like him omitting things with Luke. :P

Hopefully it will all be great! I know I'm gonna enjoy it, no matter what. :D

Am I the only one whose only honest fear with all of these spoilers is that we'll be disappointed by the writers again?

Because as long as the writing is good, follows through, and makes sense... I'm good with just about anything happening. Why? Because Van and Jake are going to kill it no matter what it is that's going to happen.

I mean, that's at the base of all my fears related to this show.

However.

Even if it was written amazingly, and acted amazingly, I'd still be really disappointed if somehow I ended up not liking one of the boys for whatever reason.

That would make me extremely :sadpanda

I mean, if Mason does something REALLY nasty, and he might deserve something nasty in return, I don't want one of the boys to be the one to do it. Cause that's one situation where it wouldn't really be all that hard to understand, but I still might hate it. Especially if it irreversibly tears Luke and Noah apart.

Because Van and Jake are going to kill it no matter what it is that's going to happen.

Of course they will. Because they are awesome. But they might kill me in the process too! I am too damned sensitive for this shit, I swear. LOL.

I've decided that I'm going to approach the storyline with enthusiasm. Okay, I'm on my no negativity kick right now. But seriously, when I let negative thoughts dominate, they color how I see something. When I go into a storyline thinking "the boys are going to knock this out of the park" and "Noah will be pretty" = then I'm usually not disappointed.

I've also recently studied how negative thoughts and emotions are contagious and how unhappy thoughts can take over an entire group before you know it. Even people who are positive and upbeat suddenly find themselves complaining.

FWIW, I watched today unspoiled - it was the first time I'd see the Audrey storyline or the Liberty storyline. I'd been reluctant because of all the complaining. But you know what? It wasn't so horrible. I don't really like the Audrey character but it wasn't all that bad. I've seen worse on other shows.

This wasn't meant by the way, as a lecture. It's actually a compliment to this board that you all focus on the positive and not the negative parts of the storyline.

And really a long-winded way of saying the spoilers might not play out as good as we hoped or as bad as we fear. I'm simply going to focus on the fact that Luke and Noah will have a storyline -- something that would have been inconceivable four or five years ago. Oh and the fact that Noah is so damn pretty.

PS -- so can't wait for pretty Paris photos. Those of you who will be there - have a wonderful, wonderful time. Viva la France!

I love this post to the highest degree! :)

I wish a lot more people would go your route. I mean, because if you keep telling yourself you'll be disappointed? Then your brain's going to believe it and make you disappointed no matter what happens. So, yay for you! :)
