| This is a Fan Forum run by fans, a private group of individuals who run the site as they see fit. Polite suggestions can be made here. While they are appreciated, please accept that they will not necessarily be applied to the Forum by the Staff. The following rules are in place to keep the site running smoothly and help our Members enjoy a peaceful site while they are here. Posting Spam - Spam is any Post that is irrelevant to the Topic, or any Post that does not contain at least 2 Original Words (Quoted Text and "not Spam" disclaimers do not count). This is not allowed, outside of the Spam Forum. Continued Spam will be treated as Post Farming. Double Posting - Double Posting is not allowed until 2 Hours have passed since your last Post in a Topic (unless you are Updating one of your Topics). Continued Double Posting will be treated as Post Farming. Bumping - Bumping is any Post in Topics that haven't been active for over 3 months. This is not allowed. Continued Bumping of Old Topics will be treated as Post Farming. Post Farming - Post Farming is Posting simply to increase the Post Count. This is not allowed. Language - It is advised to post in appropriate English, because this makes it easier for other Members to read through your Posts. Posting in other languages is allowed in our International Section. Posting in strange characters, all CAPS, or gibberish is allowed in the Spam Forum. Otherwise, this is not allowed. Respect - Be respectful of other Members. Behaviour that is considered rude and disrespectful is not allowed. Offensive language and images or mature content are not allowed. Also, respect our Staff. If you have an issue with the Staff, please contact us in a Private Message. Backseat Modding - Warning a Member for breaking the rules is Backseat Modding. This is not allowed. When you see a violation of the rules, please Report the offending Post or Private Message. Alternatively, you can send a Private Message to the author of the Post to let them know of their violation, or to the Staff to make us aware of the situation. Downloads & Art Leaking - Distributing or Posting of any unreleased or leaked content is not allowed. This includes items sent through e-mail or PM. Finding Downloads - If you're looking for a particular Download, you can ask this in the Where Can I Find This Download? Forum. Asking for Downloads in Show & Tells and Project Topics is not allowed. Asking for Release Dates of Projects is also not allowed, and is considered pestering the Designer. Stealing Art - Stealing Art includes claiming work that you did not do, copying work from others, and using someone else's Project without Permission. This behaviour is not allowed. Accounts Number of Accounts - Members can only have one Account. Members who try to Register with a second Account, won't be approved in the Validation process. Verbal Warnings - Verbal Warnings are the lightest of our Warnings, and are meant to guide you. If you receive 3 Verbal Warnings, you will receive 1 Official Warning. Warnings - Warnings are given for more serious offenses. Please pay attention to Warnings that are given to you. Too many Warnings may result in a Suspension or Ban. Suspensions and Bans - Suspensions and Bans are for the most serious offenders. Continued violations of the rules will result in wither a Suspension or a Ban. Violation of any of these rules may result in actions including Verbal or Official Warnings, Suspensions, or Banning. Warnings are given at the discretion of the Staff. These Rules are subject to change. |
