19:15:42 Cain just so happened not to be at any sort of human gatherings. He had his fill of energy for the time being. For the moment, he could be found on top of The Louvre idly leaning forwards on the stone barrier that was about the perimeter of the top of the building. His eyes settled on the lit up glass pyramid structure laid out in front of him. For the moment, there was very little to keep or even gather his attention. The years had pretty much exposed him to most of the worlds interests and surprising. I wouldn’t go as far to say nothing could catch his interest or surprise him but the normalcy’s of everyday life did nothing for him.

19:32:07 Chanel moved through the night crowds, her hands in her pockets. Dark eyes gazed over the heads of children as their parents ushered them about for latenight fun Various activities were going on. There was a carnival in town. Chanel didn't go. She wore a hooded jacket, hiding as much as her pale skin as modern styles would allow. She wore skinny jeans and a black silk button down long sleeve shirt as well. Leaning back against a tree, she watched with hunger as one particular six year old wandered amongst the sidewalks, crying out in french for his mother. Hunger licked at her, and she growled, glancing away. Too young. She closed her eyes, resting her head back against the bark. "Don't be a fool, Chanel, it would cause a scene." She mumbled to herself in french.

19:45:49 Nexxus had been out, well, most of the day, and now into the night. It was like he was on a energy fix, and in truth that is much what it feels like after he 'feeds', though any true vampire would turn up its nose and snarl at the silver and glass instruments that he uses to extract a measured ammount of the precious liquid from a highrise, well endoured woman that he'd seduced the night before. It was quite easy to do so; but it took alot of the fun out of the chase. But no harm had come to her, and everything that had happened had been removed, she'd just wake up with a fake hangover. But out in the darkness of the early-night city, the place seems to hum with energy, and eventually he puts on his mage sight, changing the color of his right eye to a dark green hue compared to his nature plasid gray. But with his enhanced vision, he can see the currents of energy that surround him, including the general flow of the city, mostly centered around the carnival on the other end of town. But it doesn't stop him <C>

19:50:28 Nexxus <C> from moving in that general direction. But then, he spots something infront of him. Its a woman, but in his other eye she appears as a shadow, wavering in the wild winds that buffet her. Aah, so here is one of them. Dressed in his usual attire of a fine-tailored black suite and buffetted leather shoes; he approaches Chanel rather nonchalantly, overhearing her almost whispered words. Aaah, magic, such a glorious thing. "Hmmm, and I didn't know that one of your kind was drawn to those of innocent blood." The words are whispered into the open space between them, a little mocking, but mostly out of interest. That is a taste that he'd never aquired.

19:55:29 Cain took a moment to glanced about as he caught a strange tenor among the people, a familiar tenor however. It wasn’t that he could hear her thought, such a thing wasn’t possible, no it was just subconscious color of her mind. His dark eyes soon picked her out leaning against a tree, his curiosity got the better of him and he decided he would investigate. He lifted himself easily over the edge of the building before he fell to the ground, landing silently before he walked on over towards her. “Salut, parlez-vous anglais?” He asked in that polite, accented tenor of his. His eyes then flicked towards the English speaking male who spoke, well, rather archaically. His mind was fascinating as well. “What make’s someone’s blood guilty if you don’t mind my askin?”

20:09:53 Chanel heard the voice, and her head came up. Ice blue eyes focused on the man who moved towards her, her eyes narrowing inquisitively upon the male who spoke. She sniffed the air, her nostrils flaring a moment. He didnt smell human..no, not exactly. "I'm afraid you must be mistaken, messire.." She said in english, her voice cultured. She pushed off the tree and let her hands out of her pockets, apparently unconcerned, even as the other dropped from the museum and began walking over to her. She nodded at his question. "Oui, I do." She gave him a small smile, her eyes distractingly making towards one fo the little ones that ran about. They were in a crowded place, and she chose her words carefully. She wouldnt want to startle the sheep. She studied the newcomver, Cain a moment as well. He seemed to have an entirely different smell as well. Smelled like...electricity, where Nexxus smelled of old wine. Strange, taht both of these would be her kind? No...not exactly. She looked puzzled for a moment, and then shook her

20:10:12 [Chanel] head minutely to herself. As for Cain's question, she wasnt sure how to answer. "Pardón, moi messire?"

20:19:36 Nexxus arches a brow as the other comes into the fold, and his green eye would look the male over for a long moment. He too, was one of the Blood, but not like the woman. He's known that there are different 'genius' of vampyre, but had never met this sort before. It was like there was a small blackhole, where energy itself was drawn into. But he gives a simple shrug. "Je parle les deux langages, monsieur." he castes out suddenly, in perfect French. It may be a surprise, but he is several hundred years too old not to know basic langauge, including Latin. But enough of that, and a slim grin spreads across his lips. "Blood becomes tainted with age, I'm afraid. Experience itself flavors it like a fine liqour. But the young ones have a very pure blood, which I myself cannot stand." He explains to Cain in soft undertones, keeping his voice down low enough that none of the passing by Setites could hear, and yet these Kin could do so perfectly.

20:27:52 Cain felt a small smirk pull across his features at her words towards the other man. “Well that’s good to know, I prefer my native tongue if though, as choppy and unrefined as it is, you can’t beat English this age aye?” He offered the man a polite smile. “My name is Jonathan Cain. This is Chanel Del Vio.” His said as his sharp eyes then flicked back towards Chanel, his amusement at her answer fallowed up shortly after. “J'ai dû m'assurer que vous n'avez pas eu avez oublié comment à.” he teased, and so you all don’t have to translate yourself, he said I had to make sure you had not forgot how to. “I thought blood was blood, who cares of the taste as long as you get the energy to sustain yourself?” His eyed flicked away from the pair of them towards a man and a woman just before they were about to kiss, he picked up the shift in the way their minds worded as hormones rearrange their sub conscious processes which in turn made him curious to what they were doing to change their train of thoughts.<c>

20:28:03 Cain <c>The corner of his mouth twitched with a hint of a smile to humor only he could truly understand given his present company.

20:29:50 [Dean_Walt] I'd spent most of the last day or so away from people. My head was still spinning but the headache had subsided, I felt okay...but...not...how could I put it. Full. I needed to retrace my steps before the midnight rave, maybe I could find out what happened and who I was with. Its strange, I can't even remember who I went with, all of that night is mostly a blur. I guess that is the kicker when you travel alone, you don't know anyone. I gave a sigh and sat in a my new apartment room, I had the other one booked for the week apprently, but there was no way I'd stay there after this. It finally struck me as I sat on the bed, "The Carnival..." I blinked and thought back to that night, before the rave I went to the local Carnival! I stood up and grabbed my brown leather jacket and made my way out the door. Just like yesterday I was faster then a normal person, which was a little difficult for me to control at the moment and I often got stares as I dashed past people. After about ten minutes I was just near the (c)

20:32:01 [Cain] nix the if*

20:34:30 [Dean_Walt] (c) carnival. It had taken no time at all to get there considering the distance, I had managed to weave my way through most crowds, but the closer I got to the carnival, the more people were about. But that wasn't what concenred me the most, it was the soft thud of a pulse, that echo through my mind as I felt that strange thirst come about. Like when you're at football training or something and you forget to take a drink until the training finishes and you're partched. But worse, much worse. I slowly made my way through the crowd, "Its just a dream Dean, once you figure out last night you'll wake up." I took ina breath not really needing to but it was habit for me, well used to be. I paused for a moment in frustration, "I don't remember any of this..." Panic washed over me, all I could remember was being inside the carnival, but where was the fucking entrance, "Dammit!" I exclaimed outloud and that caused a bit more attention then I needed. I closed my eyes and just stood there, letting the world pass me by.

20:34:34 [Dean_Walt] (e)

20:45:29 Chanel turned her attention away from the kindred and into the crowds, watching as the crowd thin, ebbed and increased inf ullness, almost like a sea of people. She closed her eyes, tilting her head as she counted out the heartbeats. Her skin was pale, almost ghostly white from the urge to feed, her mind seeking out which she couldnt find. There was too many heartbeats, and one nearly indistinguishable from the others. She opened her eyes after a moment, and blinked as if realizing that the men had been speaking. She mentally carried back their conversations. "When you are thirsty, even the finest wines will do." As Cain introduced them, she gave the newcomer a gracious nod in his direction. Her eyes flickered to Cain for a moment, and another small smile played against her lips. Instead of answering directly, she merely stuck out her tongue at him. "Nnnnn.." Yes, very childish Chanel, we know. She straightened up a moment as another kindred came into the picture. She closed ehr eyes briefly, taking a half a step

20:45:51 [Chanel] away from her present company as she sought out the strange struggling heart beat. He would need to feed. And soon. Her eyes opened, and she stared at the male, plain as day. "One moment." She said distractedly to the two as she began making her way towards Dean.

21:01:38 Cain chuckled lightly as she was infantile towards him. “I’m honestly not to sure if you get more or less attractive when you act juvenile.” He commented thoughtfully before he glanced towards the cursing man, not seeming all that interested in him either. His attention shifted yet again towards Chanel as she went towards the said man. He inclined his head towards her as if to say go right ahead before he turned to speak with Nexxus who seemed to have vanished himself. “I wish people would stop doing that to me…” Cain made his way back towards the museum, which was open this evening, something to do with some centennial what ever though at this hour the open establishment was thinly occupied all the same.

21:13:04 [Armas] Any who were sensitive enough to such things may become faintly aware of a group, five to be exact, of Draco vampires emerging through the city. They blended in to the crowd somewhat, a set of crimson eyed fraternal twins with their arms around each other and two red haired brothers horsing around, bobbing around and cutting through the crowd with a long haired male leading the way. The brothers were the first to split off, ducking down a side street in search of a bit of dinner. The twins were next, the female pulling her brother toward some landmark or another. And then that left Armas, heading straight forward with a top hat cocked slightly on his head. His appearance had changed recently but he'd found his attitude harder to change. He wore a vest and coat with tails without a shirt and a pair of black pants, his gait something between a swagger and a dance as he hummed to himself, looking over both the males and females in the crowd. Once one got to be old enough, age no longer mattered, once the got--

21:13:28 [Armas] once they got even older, gender stopped mattering as well. He hadn't been to Paris since the end of the second world war and so he was taking in the changes, both in the buildings and the people. It would not be long, however, before he found himself a pretty little dish to take home for a bit of fun and some food.

21:26:23 Chanel turned her head to glance at Cain, a small playful tug on her lips and then she disappeared into the crowd. As she made her way towards the fledgling, Dean, she saw almost immediately that even that small split second, he had disappeared. She pulled a frown. Sneaky little bugger wasn't he? She paused, her feet over a small bridge, when she stopped. She turned her head as if to say something to Cain but he had disappeared towards the crowds again. She really did need to pay attention, now didnt she? A shadow snaked across her path, and she knew it for one fo her kind. She didnt interfere, even as she crossed the bridge fully to the other side. Just then, a juicy little tidbit walked across the street, and as it neared the alleyway, she took off towards it, her form blurring within the crowds almost beyond human perception. Into the alley she went, her hand snaked around her prey. She spent no time playing with it, and as she tilted her head towards its neck, not caring if it were male or female, she nearly sn

21:26:39 [Chanel] snapped dthe neck in doing os. She growled lightly, and let out a startled breath as blood pumped into her mouth, barely noticing the creature fight for its safetly, and freedom as serpentine arms closed aorund its body.

21:29:52 [Charlie] Oh he was such a tourist. On break from school, having just finished his freshman year of college, he had decided to take an impromptu trip to France with a last minute scholarship he'd been granted. His bills had been paid already and so that money had gone straight to him. Next year things would be far too hectic for something like this, what with internships and the like, so what better time to get out and see the world? And what place better than the city of love? With a camera around his neck, he kept clicking pictures at some of the most insignificant things, trying to be artistic, a goofy grin on his face as though he were the happiest man alive. Ooh, the Lourve! He made a note to try to save enough to see it before he left at the end of the next week. "Oh, sorry." He said softly as he bumped into someone while walking backwards to get a good shot of the building. He was wearing a pair of old shorts, a tank top, and an open button up shirt above it with an old and beaten hat. Skirting around a few more

21:30:12 [Charlie] people, he raised his small digital camera above his head and...memory full. "Damnit." He cursed lightly before reaching into his pocket for the extra memory card. His laptop was back at the hotel and he would have to upload the stock tonight so that he could be fresh for his trip to the eifel tower the next day. With his head down, not paying attention to much else, he began to process of changing cards.

21:37:37 Cain remained at the door of the Louvre waiting for her, Chanel, to come back to him. For the moment he looked inside, idly sapping a slight amount of every from all those around him to which he was barely aware. He listened to the tenors of their minds, not always knowing what brought about their distinct differences and changes, not really caring either. He was untouchable. He was old and he was experience. His only threat was one like him but with how rare one of his caliber were, and even rarer to find one more talented then he at controlling and being aware of his vampic gift, Cain wasn’t the least bit worried. He felt Chanel’s pray fade into the void minutes after their heart stopped. It always took longer for the mind to die… There was so much fear in a dying mind, so much fight that it was like a beacon to him. He sated himself further with that mind, another smile pulling across his lips. He was the perfect predator, he took from you with out you even knowing and he took from that mind until lack of <c>

21:37:51 Cain <c>did away with the mental spark.

21:44:54 [`Joe] Light, airy music pumped through the tiny speakers that were postitioned around the little book store/bistro. Customers wandered through the man isle's of books or stood in line for the latest treat to satisfy thier palets. The crimson haired woman stood behind the counter and watched it all. It had been six months since she packed up and moved to the beautiful country and opened her little shop. And so far, everything seemed to be going good. She was already out of the black with the bankers and was turning a profit that she hadnt expected to be already. She guessed it had to do with she was the only place for miles that stayed open twenty four hours a day. It was late evening now, around ten pm, and she had just gotten started. There were so many things to be done. New orders to be proccessed, books to be shelved. Paychecks to be issued. She was frazzled with it all on the inside. But outside was the calm exterior. She could do this. She'd been doing it. -----

21:44:58 [`Joe] Dropping the pen she had clutched in her hand, she looked up to address the customer that had been trying to get her attention for the last couple minutes. "Oh um. Yes, actually, we do. Let me show you." The man had wanted to know if they had a new age section. Books on the occult had been his goal. Stepping from around the counter, she moved to the far isle and led him to the books he was looking for. "Everything your looking should be here. If it's not, let me know and I can place a seperate order for them." He nodded and went about his business, leaving her to her own devices. Walking back to the counter, she looked around before smiling. Everything was going great. More then great. Grabbing herself a cup of coffee, she positioned herself back behind the counter and went about her work. Always with the work.

22:01:15 [Charlie] Okay, 3...2...1, and the screen went dark. "Damnit!" Now his batteries were kaput. Searching through his pockets he found that he had no live ones left. Great, where was he going to find batteries at this time? He would go searching for a place in a few moments but for now he wanted a closer look at the building. Looking it over, he stepped toward it, one foot in front of the other, crossing the space between himself and it. Finally reaching it, he put a hand out and ran it along the pyramid, fingers drifting along smooth glass as a smile played across his face. He dwelled only a few moments longer before turning away and moving along the streets in search of somewhere that was open. It took him a good twenty minutes or so but finally he found, of all things, a twenty-four hour book store. Poking his head through the door, he knocked lightly. "Excuse me, ma'am?" He stepped in but didn't enter too far, not wanting to barge in if she did not speak English. "You wouldn't happen to carry batteries would you?" He

22:01:29 [Charlie] asked quietly, tapping his deceased camera.

22:08:38 [`Joe] A mark went here and there and just about everywhere as she tried to figure the week's profits over its losses. Something, however, wasnt adding up somewhere. Thrity some dollars for a box of coffee straws was a bit pricey. Shaking her head, she went through it again and again before she realized she'd done all the figuring in American money instead of French money. Sighing, she remarked the figures, added them up and breathed deeply as everything alligned just right. She wasnt used to this money system. Not entirely. And her monthly vacations to America werent helping her in figuring it out. Hearing the sound of the bell jingling, singaling the arrival of a new customer, she lifted her head and smiled. At his question, she furrowed her brow before looking over her should. Batteries....batteries.....She knew they carried them, but where had she shelved them. "Yes." she said after a moment, standing from the chair and walking out from behind the counter. ---

22:08:42 [`Joe] She wore a simple pair of low cut jeans and a black Sturgis tank top, cut down the middle to show off the peircing in the curve of her cleavage. "Somewhere around here." Chewing on her lip ring she looked around again before spotting them and pointing in thier direction. "Ah ha! Over here." Walking to them, she pulled a couple double a's from the display shelf and handed them over. "Those work?" Her accent was American with a hint of south in it. A smile touched her lips breifly as she waited his response.

22:29:59 [Charlie] "..." Charlie stared for a moment with his jaw hanging halfway open. Of all the book stores in all the world, he found one run by an American! He wasn't alone! Thank goodness, he got so lost sometimes with all of the French being spoke everywhere. He'd only just scraped by in the intro course and often found himself lost if he wasn't asking the time or some other basic question like that. "Huh?" His eyes flicked down to the batteries and he nodded. "Oh, yes yes, those will work great." If one would know their accents, they might peg him for someone from the northeast, in the tristate reigon. It was nothing so distinct as a New Yorker but enough that one might hear him and wonder what sort of accent he had. "If you don't mind me asking, what is your name?" Bright blue eyes examined her slowly, taking everything in. He'd not been meaning to but it was like a person in the desert finding a crystal pond, he wanted to be sure what he was seeing was truly there. It was not until afterwards that he realized just how

22:30:16 [Charlie] how his actions may have been taken. Charlies face turned a bright red as he averted his eyes. "S-sorry about that."

22:38:08 [`Joe] It seemed like a couple mintues before the guy took the batteries from her, but when he did, she smiled. She went to go head back to man the book store's counter, but was stopped when he asked her her name. "Mmm, Joe. Yours?" American's came very few and far between in this shop and it was to her just as a relief to speak her native language as it was to him. Oh, don't get her wrong, she was very fluent in French, but she preffered to speak good old american english. "Its alright. Let me guess. Collage student. Summer vaca. Wanted to broaden your horizons and came here to do so, right?" She was a pretty good judge of character. Had to be in her line of work, and she wasnt talking about the book store or bistro. She was talking the kind of work she did after hours. Work that, if she didnt pay attention to the time, she was going to be getting a late start to. Meh, who cared right? Vampires would be there later. As long as she got out before sun up, she wasnt too worried about it. ---

22:38:14 [`Joe] "Can I get you some coffee or something? On the house." Turning, she motioned to the woman behind the counter at the bistro section, calling out to her. "Lidia, deux de café s'il vous plaît." she shot off, the woman nodding and gathering up the two coffees for her. If he'd stay and have a cup of coffee with her, she'd motion towards a secluded table so they could sit.

22:45:31 [Charlie] "Charlie Cavallo, my grandparents came from Italy." He smiled softly before listening to her comment about his status, his face not flushing visably, but only because it was still fading from the first time. A shy short of smile spread over his face as he looked down at himself. "Is it really so obvious?" Shyness turned to a sort of sheepish embarrassment as he shuffled his feet a bit. "Though, I suppose it could be worse. At least I am not wearing a beret and stripped shirt in an attempt to blend with the locals." His smile faded to a bit of a grimace at the failed attempt at a joke but returned soon enough with the offer of coffee. "Oh yes please, I would love some. Extra sugar and milk please, if you have it." Once he had fixed himself a cup, one could not usually call the concoction coffee so much as sweetened bean juice. He put so many extra things that by the time the drink was finished it was more of a cramel color than black. Following behind her slowly, he looked around the store. "This is a lovely--

22:45:46 [Charlie] place you have here." Ah, ignorance was bliss, he had no idea what her other job might be, or even that there was a need for others like her. To him creatures of the night were nothing more than a fairy tale to keep children in after dark.

22:56:59 [`Joe] She simply smiled and shook her head. "I'm a natural when it comes to reading people. Besides, when I first came here, I was just like you. Eager to see. To learn. Then I got used to it." Lets hope your around to get used to it, she thought to herself. Too many times did young, good looking tourists like himself end up in the clutches of the female feinds. Made to be some sort of slave or another. Or just plain meals. Whatever the case may be, it'd be a shame if he ended up like so many others. Shaking her head, she pushed away her thoughts and nodded, looking back to Lidia. "Apportez surplus de lait et de sucre." she called out, asking the woman to bring the milk and sugar he had asked for. "Everything will be brought with the coffee." It came in handy to know the language when all you could hair were Paris natives. Even then, it was a beautiful langauge and good to know if you wanted to woo that special someone. Pulling out her seat, she lowered herself into and waited for him ---

22:57:03 [`Joe] to do that same. Once he had, she smiled and looked around. "Thank you. I enjoy being here. Both my interests in one. Books and food. Love the food. Would you like anything else? We have some lovely desserts. To die for."

23:04:44 [Charlie] "I'll say, I bet it comes in handy at the bar." His face finally faded to its normal complexion as he took a seat, still looking around silently as he refilled his camera and began flicking through the pictures he had taken throughout the day. He'd been on the go since almost dawn, having not been able to sleep the night before. Hell, he'd hardly slept at all since he had gotten in two days ago. Too much to see, too much to do, he couldn't waste his time sleeping. He was starting to drift off into thought, something that he often did when the right one passed through, when a word caught his attention. Dessert. "Oh yes please, I've heard all about French pastries but have not had a chance to try one. Or, if you have some apple pie, I wouldn't mind that one either." He knew it was steriotypical, apple pie, but he couldn't help it, it was his favorite. Heck, Charlie could live on macaroni and cheese, spaghetti, and apple pie and be happy as a clam...or well, as happy as a clam can be before it gets pried open--

23:05:01 [Charlie] and has its treasures ripped out of it. "Though, I hope you will not hold me on the dying part, I haven't seen the tower yet." He tried to smile again, another lame joke. Way to go Charlie, been in the company of a pretty girl for five minutes and tripped over yourself....what was it, three times already?

23:14:30 [`Joe] With a shake of her head, she dismissed the current subject of reading people and skipped onto the next. Not only did she have Lidia bring them some French patries, she also had her deliever fresh made, warm apple pie with a little whipped topping. "There is alot to Paris that you must see, but be careful where you wander. Things...... people are out there with the intent to hurt. Wouldnt want that now." She held a serious expression over her features for a half a second before she smiled brightly again and laughed at his joke. "Oh, the tower is the best. I remember when I first saw it. I was in so much awe." Shrugging, she lifted the freshly deliver coffee to her lips and sipped it black. She didnt need it to stay awake, but it helped to take the edge off her nerves. "So, if I were to guess and say you were from the tri-state region, would I be correct?" His accent, barely there, reminded her of that area first. She didnt know why, it just did. ---

23:14:34 [`Joe] If he were paying enough attention, he could probably peg her for Mississippi or some other southren state along there. He'd be correct, except it was Louisianna that she originally came from. Smiling, she took a moment to glance out of the large picture window that fronted her store before looking back to him. "So tell me Charlie, what kind of things do you like to read?"

23:28:56 [Charlie] A frown passed over his face, a quick motion, hardly worth noting if not for the reason for it's appearance. "Things? What, like wild dogs or something? Thought those were in Moscow." His eyes widened at the pie and he started grinning like a maniac. "Now that's just a wild guess, but yes I'm from a tri-state. Pennsylvania to be exact." He raised an eyebrow. "I think this is possibly some of the best pie I've ever had." Charlie gave a grin and ate the rest of it much faster than should have been healthy. "So, you see many Cajuns down your way? I've heard they're insane. Knew a man, went down there to go rock climbing and had a person snap a rattle snakes neck with his bare hand. Now that's either brave or crazy, not sure which but I know I'd never do it." And there he went, along with mind wandering and bad jokes, sometimes he could not help but ramble on and on. Hell, he probably shouldn't have asked about the Cajuns, it was probably like him with the Amish, everyone who pegged you for the area had to ask

23:29:20 [Charlie] about them. Lowering his head, he raised a hand. "I give up, really I do. Think I should just stop talking and save us all the misery."

23:36:33 [`Joe] Shaking her head, she grinned. "No...more like wild people. Steal you money and things before you can blink. Just watch out for them. Crazy is what they are." When he commented ont he pie, she smiled and nodded her thanks. "I just made it not too long ago." If there was one thing her mother had thaught her growin up, it was how to make the best damned apple, cherry, or peacan pie in the world. And she'd done a good job at it. "I'll have Lidia wrap some up to take with you. I know how hard pressed for cash some tourist are." And she did just that. Had the woman wrap him up the remainder of the pie along with some of those patries he wanted to try. "Cajuns? Nope, can't say I've seen many of them around this area. Back home, sure. State is full of them. But here, not really." At his last comment, she simply nodded her head. "Actually, as much as I've enjoyed talking with you and wish to talk to you more, I have something pressing to do.----

23:36:37 [`Joe] So if you'll excuse me. Really though, anything else you'd like, on the house." Standing, she smiled down to him before she headed off towards the back of the building and disappeared into a small office type of room. She wouldnt emerge from there, having already escaped out the back and into the night to do what she did best. Hunt vampires.
