I heard often that many find this to be the weakest one in the series...

I dont know i have only played so much metroid so i can't tell you that it is or not.

Personally i liked the game. it was actaully my 2nd one that i played (started on Prime).

So ya.

I'm hoping otherwise. I should have it tomorrow, after I asked someone in New York to buy it for me used because I couldn't find it here in Florida. D: I honestly doubt that it'll be a let down. It's a Metroid game, after all.

The first one was great. everything else failed.
fixed.

Seriously Mario should not throw parties. PERIOD.

back on topic.

personally i dont see why people thought it was a letdown. it may be linear but its a lot more action'd based (like Hunters) and i hear its difficult for others.. personally i thought it was easier then most >.>

I've been playing it, and it's rather different compared to the usual 2-D Metroid. Having a computer telling you where to go all the time gets annoying. SA-X is very interesting... But it's definitely a challenge. You lose a chunk of health upon most hits, unlike the usual Metroid games where you just lose a small bit. I've finished 2/6 sectors in a time of like 20-30 minutes... So, it is easy when it comes to navigating your way around.

Well, the non-linearness wasn't nice for me, because that's one of the reasons I love the series. But it wasn't really a letdown for me.

This game was way to easy IMO. So was Zero Mission. I never got lost. I always knew where I was going. When I'm playing a game I would llike to get a little bit lost.

Plus the game was too easy in difficulty. I killed most of the bosses so easily its not even funny. I even went through the game twice. Once using only missles unless I had to use the beam (Nightmare and Ridley-X..he takes wayyy to many missles).

And then with only the beam. (In which I destoryed everything XD)
