TNG Community

Welcome to the official website of "The Novelists' Guild" which is a small group of budding writers which originated in one of the larger forums out there, and now has expanded from its tiny little thread there to its own forum. We currently have 46 members within our other branch, and intend on getting a lot of new members here =). Do not think that this is a small priority to us, we are not just expanding our fan base, we are creating a new home.

In this forum you may post any stories you have written before and write new ones. We are an open community, unlike how our title may suggest, so feel free to join, post, and contribute. There are no real obligations, so don't feel like this is a heavy decision to make. Here you will find quick feedback on your pieces and wonderful reviews. I am known for my extremely good and thorough reviews in the forum where we started this.

Don't be ashamed to join, regardless of your skill! Here you can improve regardless of your level of skill. I don't care if you post your Mario Fanfic, your suspenseful short story, your 100 page novel or your witty little poem, I will still appreciate your activity and give you feedback. Here our policy is not to beat you into the turf, not to point out your flaws and massacre you for them, or even to get feedback on our stories, but to help both you and ourselves improve.

Why Write?

• Writing is a real world skill which can either earn you sucess in your career or forge you one in its own. Whether you have a job or school then you will need to practice writing to advance. No one like an illiterate slob.
• It's fun! Why have so many writers spent their lives laying pen to paper? Becuase it is extremely enjoyable. Being an author is one of those few jobs which can also be a hobby, and if you do it well enoguh then you can end up literally becoming a millionaire.
