Quake 2 - Xbox 360 It is a perfect port of one of the best games ever made. I may review it and talk about all of the new things this game brought to the table back in 1997 and ho innovative and awesome it was and why it is still great despite time worn grahics and enemy ai |

I don't know if I've ever played Quake 2 before. The last Quake I remember playing was the first game back on the N64. |

The 64 version of the game pales in comparison to the oc version, to be honest. The Quake series was brilliant for 3 etries and decent for the 4t. You can get the xbox 360 version of quake 4 for less than 10 bucks. The bonus disc comes with Quake 2 since quake 4 is a direct sequel to it. It is well worth it at that price |

I bought Quake 4 for really cheap when a local video rental store closed. I don't think it came with an extra disk though. |

I never played the rest of the quake series because 1 and 2 give me motion sickness really fast for some reason, like I can't endure more than 30 min of gameplay. |

That is odd. IT is supposed to come with a bonus disc that comes with some videos like a making of and a trailer as well as Quake 2. |

I finished playing Uncharted 3 a couple nights ago. This game was really good. The only thing I didn't care for was all of that masonic junk throughout. This game is filled with that crap. The action was really good, and the presentation (graphics, music, etc...) were top shelf. I enjoyed it quite a bit. |

How was the story? The story to Uncharted 1 and 2 were both great, helped a bunch by the fact that Drake and Sully were both so very likable |

Aside from all of that masonic junk, the story was pretty damn good. This is a must play game. I cannot conceive of a person who wouldn't enjoy this game. |

Unreal 2 - Xbox Graphically, this game was behind the times when it came to the Xbox. The sound is rough around the edges at points. There are points in the game where it is definitely sub standard for the original Xbox. The animation is incredibly rough, as well. The frame rate is not always steady, and I still enjoyed the hell out of this game. This is some great old school shooting. It is fast paced, frantic and intense. It has great weapon variety and they are fun to fire. You get a few very cool weapons over the course of the game, as well. No two levels look alike, and there are some really cool level designs that were,m at times, inspired by classic movies such as Alien. That was awesome to see. The story was nothing special, but the ending wasn't bad. It tries hard to make you care about it's small cast of characters, and it succeeds more than most other shooters do. They are nothing in comparison to Half Life, though. I would give this game an 8.0 and a recommendation if you like games like Quake and Half Life. There is a lot of fun to be had here, and the campaign is lengthy. |

Quake 4 - Xbox 360 - 7.5 the pc version would get an 8.5. This is a pretty damned good game, but the xbox 360 port is not great. There is slow down throughout to the point where you actually hear your guns rate of fire drop. There are, also, a lot more blurry textures than on the pc version, and there is no need for it on the 360. It should be powerful enough to handle this gamejust fine. This is a poor port of a good shooter. The game, itself, is fun. It is not as good as previous Quakes, but I like that it tries to take a more story driven approach. I, also, like that you get uprades for your various weapons as you progress through the game. It makes all of them even more useful. The weapons are fun to fire and enemies are fun to fight. In typical Quake fassion,it is very fast paced and, most of the time, if you stop moving, you take a lot of damage. The game tries to make you care about the caracters by having you stick with the same group of marines from start to finish, but they aren't that well flashed out. There is a big twist in thbis game, but they ruined that even before the gae as released. I wish they hadn't because it would have had more impact that way. The art of the game is awesome. You will see all kinds of strange and fascinating technology as you travel throughout the Strogg home world I would recommend at least giving this one a try, but get it for pc if you can. This is an inferior port. |

I finished Shadows of the damned, it's another great game from Suda51, the last 2-3 levels were kind of annoying, other than that, I have no complaint at all :) 17 Xbox360: Call of Duty: Black Ops Dragon Age: Origins Shadows of the damned PS3: God of War III Vanquish PSP: Astonishia Story Brave Story: New Traveler Corpse Party Hammerin' Hero Rebuild of Evangelion: 3nd Impact Star Ocean: Second Evolution Gameboy: Donkey Kong Land Klonoa: Empire of Dreams 3DS: Nano Assault Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island NES: Contra DS: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney |

Halo 3: ODST - at the original price, this game would not have been worth it. I only paid 7 bucks, though. That is a much easier pill to swallow. I got 24 of 47 achievements. I got 23 of 30 of the super intendent log things. I was hoping to get all 30 of them. Damn. I missed 7 somewhere. I don't know where. I searched fucking everywhere. Did the epilogue of this game set it up for a sequel that Bungie never had any intention of making?! The music to this game is good. It is much more jazzy than any other Halo game. It gave it it's own unique feel. Te structure of this game is, also, v ery different than other games in the series. It has health packs, which is awesome. Screw recharging health man. Give me health packs! The story is told in a really cool ay where you travel to different points in the city and go into flashback where you play as other characters. That being said, the story itself, as well as the characters, are not wonderful. It isn't bad, but this is NOT a full game as Bungie was claiming. It is an expansion. |
