Games Finished in 2012.; How many games can we finish before the world ends?

Super Bomberman 3 - decent game, I didn't like it as much as the previous ones though, plus the game is too easy, except the last level. It seems that they are trying over compensate the difficulty level with some of the cheapest enemies they can imagine, plus the last boss is near impossible without the kick bomb.

Finished DQVIII today. :) I've had the same playthrough on it since launch day back in 2005, but it feels great to finally have it completed. I initially got it for the purpose of tiding me over until FFXII - little did I know it would hold me over much longer than that! The spiral corridor in the Black Citadel looked like something out of Dark Cloud 2, haha. Also, I liked the nice little epilogue segment at the end; I haven't really seen other games do that type of thing (where you actually continue playing the story rather than just more videos).

oh, and I finished off The Force Unleashed today too, but who cares about that game. :P The onset was a lot of fun, but it just got repetitive quickly. Finished at about 12:35 hours, and beat it on Sith Lord difficulty.

I finished Earth Defense Force 2017 last night. For a bargain bin game, this was a lot of fun. It is repetitive, but somehow kept fresh enough to prevent boredom. Once I found a certain rocket launcher, it was pretty much all I used for the rest of the game, but the last few levels require a missile launcher (missiles lock on to the closest enemy) so that you can kill enemies while running away the entire time. :lol2:

I played the game on Normal and all I got was a lousy 100 pts for my GS. I don't care about that though, but the game could have been a bit better with an added incentive to try different weapons and such being tied to some achievements. Oh well. This was a good low budget game. I own the recent sequel also, so perhaps I'll play that next.

So far, I'm not enjoying this sequel as much as 2017. A few things have been greatly improved, but then some parts feel so much worse. I like the improved graphics, mission objectives, ability to reload weapons, and squad member medic system. I don't like the underpowered weapons, leveling system, class system, new camera perspective, and ticks.

I just finished FEAR 3 and how now beaten the FEAR trilogy and the two unofficial expansion packs to the first game. The original is the best game in the series. FEAR 3 is a decent shooter, but not much more than that. Considering how good the first one is, that is a bit disappointing. The biggest problem with FEAR 3 is that it is not scary at all. FEAR 1 was scary as shit. I cannot help but wonder what happened. Getting the horror master John Carpenter should have helped. It didn't, though. Oh well. IT is still enjoyable and worth playing, especially if you want to know how it all ends. Just do not expect to be blown away by this game.

Um, why do you have to play the game 7 times? :headscratch: Is it worth playing the game so many times? What is the reward for doing so?

100% completion, it required to get all 6 endings. Just for the sense of accomplishment, plus I really like the game :)

I finished Condemned: Criminal Origin. The blocking in this game is just plain broken. He does no necessarily throw his weapon up to block when you hit block, and enemies can swing straight through your weapon as if it is not there at all. It is infuriating. If you can avoid having to block too much in this game, you can have some fun with it. That being said, the main character walks extremely slow, though. His run speed feels like a normal walking speed. It is a minor gripe, but you have to deal with it throughout. I would give it a 6.5. It is a bit above average. IT just isn't great.

Final Fantasy IV DS, I'm pretty sure they jacked up the difficulty level for this one, not cool at all.

Tales of Graces f... done, great game, nice story, the only complain is that the character control on the battlefield take a bit to get used to, like instead of being able to move freely across the battlefield like in tales of vesperia, you move left right forward and away from the specific enemy that you're targeting. The FMVs are really nice too.
