Where dreams come to come true.

Man...really? "I find this deplorable, therefore people who find it interesting must be messed up." I can agree that letting a video game trailer with zero gameplay footage getting you to run away with excitement for a game is pretty silly considering this is just another zombie action game beyond the style, but as a trailer, it's a very telling, tragic, and heartfelt piece, especially for a video game. The people who are excited about this game because of this trailer aren't drooling over their keyboards saying, "OMG. You can throw little girls out of windows!!!! :pant pant pant:" Let's not get carried away and blanket everybody who can stomach anything more than a peck on the cheek as terrible people who should be locked away for the good of society. 8) Edited by goodlucksaturday, Mar 6 2011, 02:56 PM.

I guess you missed the outrage when they announced that you couldn't kill children in the game? Cause that's where I got the trailer link from. Moreover, it might be moving, but it's still a messed up situation and you've got to question people who are intrigued and can't wait to immerse themselves in it. |

Everything, everything, EVERYTHING!

I'm looking forward to it. For too long zombie games have been a joke. The closest one to being serious was Dead Rising 2 and even they play it off like it's some sort of Saturday morning cartoon that somehow managed to slip past the censors. Left 4 Dead was played in miniature levels and you had absolutely no reason to keep playing other than shooting that same zombie, in that same spot, in that one level you played over 2 million times trying to complete it on expert. No character development at all. I want an open world. I want to feel that sense despair when I have to explore zombie infested hotels and other locals. That feeling that you can get completely messed up at every turn and knowing that these characters you've come to like could die off. A serious zombie game that actually reveals the source of the disease over time through clues and whatnot. I don't think Dead Island will give me everything I want in a Zombie game, but from the trailer, it may come close. And I wouldn't mind throwing a zombie girl out the window either, but I'm not bitching that you can't. |

shit! Nintendo god punished me :( my pokemon limited edition DSLite's hinge freaking cracked for no reason... right after I cursed miyamoto and iwata for 3DS' region lock, like literally right after I press enter oh btw... I LOVE Ghost Trick, you guys should give it a shot if you like simple puzzle games with Phoenix Wright style humor :) Edited by kknd, Mar 21 2011, 06:58 PM.

Good news! With Japan's earthquake, I anticipate that this year's summer video game drought will be even more dreadful than before, so more time to clear off your backlogs!! :D |

Honestly, thank God. I'm kind of stressed out by my games. I just wish they'd unbuy themselves so I could just play LBP2 and Pokemon Black. |

I was looking at a 2011 release calender and all that I'm interested in for the rest of 2011 is Arkham City, Uncharted 3 and maybe Skyrim or Skyward Sword. That's kind of exciting, as strange as that may be. |
