No daylight, I'm too weak to face it!

Tried this joint out last night. First time I've touched a splinter cell since I played the first one back on PS2 and hated it. It has some really cool features that I'm not sure are organic only to this title or if they are common for the series. The hand-2-hand combat kills that give you the ability to execute other enemies with a 1-shot-1-kill move was really cool. However.... it's still primarily a stealth game. I did like the fact that I could fight my way out of a jam if you get seen. But still. Games that rely on sneaking just don't fly with me. I have mixed feelings. I feel that if the levels open up later in the game and give you a bit more freedom for how to handle the missions, it could be a cool metal gear alternative. But if it's just forced stealth all the way thru I couldn't do it. I will say that the radio procedures the enemy used were spot on for how it should be. I say again VS I repeat (NEVER SAY REPEAT UNLESS YOU WANT SOMEBODY TO REPEAT AN ACTION LIKE A FIRE MISSON) does anyone have eyes on please advise Shows they did their homework. 8) |

I loved the first three games, but not the last one so much. I am looking forward to this game, and this series gets an instant purchase from me. |

It's a Tom Clancy branded game. That guy is so gay for the military it's ridiculous. ;) |

Bummer, I just saw that this wasn't coming to PS3. I had just assumed it was. That's kind of a bummer. :( |
