Aight... So we got a small taste of some Finnish music. I plan to go back and get more listens at some point, but right now some other countries will take priority.

Over the last week I've been listening to Japanese radio. It didn't really go to well. When I found stations that were actually working, the music ranged from American country-western to generic house/techno music with random Japanese words shouted over the beat.

Sidenote: Speaking of house/techno/electronic/etc... If you like music in that vein, check out some of the artists from the Middle East that play it. When I was over there, I heard music that would put a lot of what we get here in the states and from Europe to shame.

Not sure which country I'm gonna listen to next.

Tell all the guys from Opeth to meet me on the streets or in the gym and we'll see about that.

And their Swedish, so let them know that they are not allowed to wear gay overly tight or acid washed jeans to the fight. I can't beat up girls.

First you want to meet them in the gym all sweaty and exercised up, then you say you don't want them to wear tight clothes. Make up your mind!! :x

Who said anything about wearing tight clothes to the gym? Someone's mind is certainly on a certain track.

I guess TSL just likes there to be some mystery to his men. Don't reveal it all at once. ;)

Where dreams come to come true.
Talking about Swedes, what about some swedish punk revival/hardcore like Refused? They're much better than Opeth. As is a lot of Millencolin's discography, but they've been a real bum band for the better part of the last ten years. The Hives were awesome, but their last album sucked, and The (International) Noise Conspiracy are...meh.

That reminds me, I always meant to get the most recent Soundtrack of our Lives album, but never did. It wasn't in any stores and I refuse to pay $16+ for an MP3.
