Dolphin Gun, Destroyer of Worlds

Okay. I never heard anyone describe a movie like that so I was unsure what you meant. Anyway, I just finished watching Ponyo and it was a good movie. I haven't watched a G-Rated movie in a very long time. It was weird watching a movie with no swearing, violence, and sex. |

Where dreams come to come true.

So yeah, Ponyo was good. I enjoyed it. The only way I can describe it is kind of a backhanded compliment, since it's just a Miyazaki movie. The movie was about 20 minutes too short (that was the climax? lame.), but I liked the English cast quite a bit. It's worth seeing, but...not one of his greatest. As for doomer, who I see went for Ponyo, which is cool, I'd say there are three essential films: Spirited Away (for imagination), My Neighbor Totoro (for magic), and Princess Mononoke (for its landmark nature), but if I had to suggest three films how much I enjoyed them, it would be Spirited Away, Castle in the Sky, and Kiki's Delivery Service as my favorites. |

I planned on seeing the first three you mentioned for sure. I am not sure if I will watch all of his movies or not. |
