I beat it. Cliffhanger ending of course, since WKC 2 already has a trailer. That's why the name changed from White Knight Story to Chronicles, because they wanted to milk this mediocre story for all it's worth. Anyway, other than near the end, I enjoyed the story mode. Now for the real game to actually start.

I finished the game at Level 32 with 20 hours on the clock, so you can tell how easy it is.

they let you dual weild a shield and a 1h weapon or you can dual weild two empty hands.

On a side not I got my 3rd S-rank. but that was because the other guys were nearly lvl 40 or more and had the area memorised. They were one hitting everything getting triple digit damage before my guage even filled up. it was crazy.
Do they let you club people like baby seals with the shield? DA:O style?

I spent 6 or 7 hours just playing around with my geovillage today. I uploaded it if I remember right there are 4 or so dead trees a couple boulders 5 herb gardens and 6 or seven 2 person houses, some seed pots. If I understood right, after you finish an online quest you should be able to go there and harvest free stuff also sometimes the villagers will just give you stuff too. shops are in the back.

You should never be an architect. You have an obsession with fences and as I entered the town I was expecting a maze or something. You apparently hate the Binder guy and Harry because you've secluded them in their own little corner of hell behind a house at the very back of the town. Random purple rocks thrown about town and gardens surrounding everything. It feels very cramped. I do like the camp fire in the middle though. That's a nice touch. :thumb:

I'd build a town, but spending any money on that would just make my goal take even longer to achieve.

Reaching the 10,000,000G trophy will take forever. Heck, reaching 100,000G might be too much.

For those of you that plan to run through a New Game + for the free Guild Rank 7/8 equipment instead of grinding countless hours for the materials, here are all the chest locations. Credit to a poster at gamefaqs.

http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/genmessage.php?board=935684&topic=49249122
--------------------------------------------------------

A huge thanks to LEVEL-5 for all the new treasure chests in the 1st Wave patch. This patch pretty much eliminates the need for hours of farming for GR7 and GR8 materials, and gives us a breather for the GR9+ guild point grinding, GR9+ material farming, equipment upgrade material farming.... .... ..

There may be some typos or translation errors, but the coordinates should be correct(?).

Instructions:
- Start a New Game+ and choose "Continue Play" with your clear data save file. This new game will retain all your items and characters' stats (sadly including your Avatar's name and looks), minus story-related items.

[C-2,Area 1] Saint Claymore (2h Sword, Lv44 GR8, ATK109 DEF-8)

Some Tips:
- Since your party will be Lv30+ from the beginning, there's no point wearing full set of armor for at least the first half of the game. This should increase your running and attack speed. I was running around with my sword, shield, and shoes only for most of the game.
- Ignore your enemies! While on Autorun, open up the field/dungeon map and guide your pointer to the treasure chest co-ordinates. Enemies won't be hurting you much and you definitely won't be getting much exp, if any at your current level. Drops will be craptacular anyways, with the exception of health/mana/charge potions from Dogma Hall and Shrine soldiers.
- You can pause your game now in offline mode. Use it!
- Also from this patch you'll be able to restart from a game over. I think you start over from the previous entrance or save stone with minor exp deduction. But all your progress is saved up to your moment of death, so opened treasure chests will remain opened.
- Watch your "guest" character's health. My guest died from a 10-enemy train I made in Van Haven...good thing I didn't need to restart from a save file. Set all characters' priorities to heal, and they'll automatically cure anyone with low health as long as your weapon is drawn.

Do we get free GR9-10 gear from the 2nd Wave patch?
-----------------------------------------------

Copy that into a note pad file for you own viewing pleasure. I posted the whole thing here just incase the link gets broken. You know how Gamefaqs is with old topics. They just purge the board after awhile.

So I just found out two things. First...you can not get all of the skills in WKC on one playthrough for that trophy. Second, in order to get any of the money trophies you have to have that much in your possession. It isn't cumulative. So, no spending money.

Old news to me. You have to reincarnate 4 times to master each one of the skill trees and I knew about the money. I've done quite a bit of research and am trying to figure out the best possible way to tackle them.

I just started. Opening cutscene blah blah blah. I gotta say why is everyone so down on the graphics? Holy crap they are fine. Combat seems ok. Pick attack, fill bar, pick attack. Haven't seen any worthwhile critters yet but I make short work of those little guys.

Once you get into combos, it gets a little more exciting. The enemies however, are easy throughout the whole game.
