I dropped a prescription off there for my mother at around 11:30. They told me it would be ready way before 4:30-5:00, when my mother leaves work. She just called to tell me that its still not ready. :x What makes stuff like this so infuriating is that they used to fill prescriptions much faster. We used to drop off our prescriptions, spend an hour or two shopping, and then it would be ready. |

That stinks. Do they allow you to call in the prescriptions ahead of time? I have no idea how this works because I say no to drugs. :lol2: |

We can call them in, but we have to do it 2-3 days in advance in order for them to be ready when we get there. We are typically too busy to get prescriptions like this, though. |

That is unheard of. Was it not ready because of it just not being ready? Or did it need an insurance approval or the script wasn't completely filled out? |

It usually only takes half an hour at Target. I hope you'll try a new pharmacy! |

When I worked at the very busy store I recently left, it took an hour TOPS, only when it was EXTREMELY busy. But mostly, 30 minutes was our average, and if you waited then we did it in less than 15. The new store I am working at (until I hopefully find another job) we can fill on average in 15-20 minutes, and if you wait... less than 10. No wonder I always hear shit about Wal*Mart. |

I use the Walmart Pharmacy and have had no issues like that. I think one time they told us 20 min and we went back in and had to wait another 15 because they got a phone order in just after we were there. |
