No daylight, I'm too weak to face it!
I just hope they got the message that traversing an entire planet that only has 4 bad guys on it is NOT a good thing.

The message was exactly the same as the God of War trilogy comments made one day prior. The trilogy will end, but there will be more [enter game name].

Man, there was PLENTY of fighting in Oblivion. Oblivion Gates, Caves, Bears out in the wilds. I stayed battling.

The difference with Mass Effect is that there is no "Fast Travel" system while on the planet. Plus there was like 20 planets you could traverse. You don't notice the issue as much in Oblivion because you spend so much time fast traveling. In Mass Effect, you gotta walk or drive long distances without combat to level. It helps them enforce the level cap. Oblivion has no level cap.

Oblivion's world was empty as hell. All the things you listed were special dungeons you went into. The enormous ass main world was bare as hell though.

I never once saw a bear. Some wolves, but no bears. Maybe it was a level thing.

It is. Bears and other crazy things don't start coming out of the woodwork until level 20. I'm telling you, some of the things that wander the main map are crazy at higher levels.

Mass Effect, bah hum bug. everytime they put one out they buy and hour on the sci-fi I mean Syfy to run some boring ass propaganda show about how it's the best thing since breathable air. It's cheesy and all the characters look like they are made of plastic. And some of the other nonsense they try to spout in these things is beyond belief.

Yeah. the most annoying part of Oblivion was the level scaling. The higher you were, the more ridiculous the monsters were that came after you. Oblivion gates were dang near impossible by the time I finally put that game to rest. They had 9 foot lizards in that joint...

9 foot lizards, yo!

Yeah, when I finished the game there was all sorts of half cute crap I was battling in the paradise. I watched a video to find out where this stupid guy with a key I was supposed to beat up (turns out I had laid him out without realizing) and dude in there was fighting 10 kinds of craziness.

Between being like level 9 and having fullblown vampirism, the final boss went down like cake. :thumb:
