I wanted that game, but I can't spend 60 bucks on all these games I want... so I settled for Valkyria Chronicles for $30. |

How are we gonna handle updating our lists? Just edit it like we used to? That method kind of sucked cause you never knew when it was updated and missed other people's stuff. I was thinking more along the lines of making a new post like: "Just finished Badazz Shooter 3 tonight. I hate run and gun games. Also, AI sucks. And it's nothing like real life military. And no one says "Copy!" to acknowledge anyway. Chop a developer's head off on that isht! Running tally: 360 Crappy WRPG 3: JRPGs Suck Strikes Back Badazz Shooter 3 TSL's Game of Awesome: Nathan, This Post Ain't Funny! PSP Old RPG Remake 4" |

Go ahead. I don't think anyone cares, plus it's a good idea and people will know when you have beaten something else. Or, you can do that AND edit your post, so you have everything in a nice list for yourself as well. |

I'm with nate in that I'll be posting all my updates (not editing), it's just much easier to keep track of, in my opinion. I think blitz has a good point as well, I'll probably make a list out of my first post. (I'll also keep it in a spoiler tag so it doesn't clutter up the first page.) |

I just finished up "Nate is an Assclown 2" On the real, I've only finished Divinity 2: Ego Draconis, thus far. Pretty fun WRPG with some heavy design flaws and all around conceptual bad decisions. That said, it definitely deserved better than the 4s it's been receiving from the video game media giants. I plan on giving them another chance when they drop the sequel. Hopefully they will have worked out the kinks by then. This game had too much going for it just to give up on the devs for a few bad decisions and a stuttering framerate. 8) Edited by TSL, Jan 19 2010, 01:46 AM.

I just beat Resistance: Retribution for the PSP. The game actually transfered to the PSP very well. It was more story driven than the other two games, and it gave more insight into the Cloven |

I finished XIII today. This game was actually really good, not for the game play mechanics so much, but for the story. Unlike most FPS games I've played lately (like *cough*MW2*COUGH*), the story in this game does not take a back seat to the action and everything is explained well enough that the player knows what the heck is going on. The cell-shaded graphics are well done and I feel that even though this game is old, it still holds up very well and doesn't look ugly at all. All in all, I have no idea why I quit this game halfway through so many years ago, because it is really quite solid. My only complaint is that the aiming is not very responsive, even on the fastest setting. Aiming feels clunky and it makes the fact that most weapons can't be scoped or sighted, which is something all FPS games do now for every weapon, far more noticeable. Due to the aim being so poor, shooting mostly consists of aiming at chest level and pulling the trigger, letting the weapon recoil do the work of getting you the much needed headshots. Honestly, the only reason this problem isn't game breaking is because the rest of the game is just so good. I give it a B. Edited by thinkfreemind, Jan 21 2010, 12:34 AM.
