Fellas, how are we supposed to read your trophy cards. Looking at it without owning a PS3 is tuff to follow. Is the bar on the left a progress meter toward total trophy completion? etc? |

Where dreams come to come true.

I think the PS3 has a level system that isn't directly related to a number of trophies per game, but probably gives weighted points to certain trophy types (bronze, silver, etc.). It's just another measurement of greatness, i.e. "I AM LEVEL 5 SUCK A CASHEW ANNA FARIS!" as opposed to points, which would make Xbox 360 fans push up their glasses and claim fraud(!). As for the trophies themselves, they're bronze, silver, gold, platinum to showcase the difficulty of the trophy. This would be for B since it doesn't pile together points from easy to get games like achievements, but works more towards quality over quantity, which apparently is what is important to B. So the more platinum trophies you have, the more "hardcore" you are, since they're much harder to get than bronze trophies. I dunno. I explained that, but I'm not 100% sure, and besides, it doesn't even matter to me, so I'm not sure why I'm explaining it to anyone, haha. :yay: Edited by goodlucksaturday, Jan 12 2010, 04:09 PM.

Trophy Point Value Bronze - 15 Silver - 30 Gold - 90 Platinum - 180 Level Point Requirements Level 1 - 0 Level 2 - 210 Level 3 - 600 Level 4 - 1,200 Level 5 - 2,400 Level 6 - 4,000 Level 7 - 6,000 Level 8 - 8,000 Level 9 - 10,000 Level 10 - 12,000 Level 11 - 14,000 Level 12 - 16,000 Level 13 - 24,000 Level 14 - 32,000 Level 15 - 40,000 Level 16 - 48,000 Level 17 - 56,000 Level 18 - 64,000 A game without DLC has about 1,200 points. And so you can read my card, it says (when it updates) that I have 1 Platinum, 15 Gold, 67 Silver, 333 Bronze and will be at 25% of the way to level 9.
