So I just got a LCD monitor, but somehow... I can't get the DVI cable to work, it only works with my VGA cable for some reason. My video card is e-GeForce 8800 GT and my monitor is Samsung SyncMaster 2343 BWX Any suggestions? |

What have you tried to get the DVI cable working? |

Was your computer off or did you reset it after changing cables? Is it the right cable for you monitor/GPU? Make sure the cable is a DVI-D cable or DVI-I cable. Is the card new? Have you used the DVI port before?
