Wow... How does anyone play this series with the control scheme the way it is? Sheeeesh. |

Squid, you are older than me, so you REALLY have no excuse for these new age control schemes. I swear it reminds me of when Resident Evil first came out. I was like, "What idiot approved THIS control scheme." I'm a stickler for smooth handles in shooters. Gears of War and this are Unacceptable.. If I'm not mistaken, didn't the new Batman use this same scheme. I hope this isn't evidence of things to come in the future. :( |

I havent played Army of Two, but whats wrong with the controls for Gears of War? I've played it a bunch of times and never had a problem with the controls. |

I can't say there is anything "wrong" with them other than the cover system is a piece of inconsistent crap. I just don't like how clunky they felt when compared to other better flowing shooters. Especially the aiming system. |

Bear in mind that I give absolutely no mercy to controls not being 100% perfect in a shooting game. I can't tolerate getting killed because the clipping was turned down so low that I accidentally got caught by a millimeter of a wooden crate that I couldn't see in my peripheral vision. As much as I don't like the series, Call of Duty has ranked pretty well in this category. Also bear in mind that I typically hate shooters. I'm much tuffer on them than I am any other genre. 8) |

I did not like the controls in RE4, but I liked them in RE5 for some reason. |
