Where dreams come to come true.

Oh boy, Alkaline Trio have a new album coming out the end of February. Just what we needed. New song called "This Addiction." Right on. Let's see what else is on tap, then. |

History Lesson is pretty awful. Imagine how it sounds on the edited version with half the chorus missing. That Alkaline Trio was okay, but the last CD was so mediocre, I can't seem to care about this new one at all. Edited by nate, Jan 23 2010, 08:06 PM.

So I'm digging this RJD2 album. Certainly better than the other two disappointments of 2010. It feels like a mix of Deadringer and Since We Last Spoke. I like it a lot despite the ugly cover art.

I listened to a couple tracks of the Lil Wayne "rock" album via YouTube. I knew it'd be bad. I didn't know it'd be Malice N Wonderland is a classic compared to this bad, though. I didn't think that bad was even possible! |

Yeah, it's a classic example of my love/hate relationship with Weezy. I'm just glad that other people realize this album is trash, as opposed to them gushing all over a crap album like Tha Carter III. Listen to No Ceilings if you want some good Weezy. |

I notice you say "good" and "Weezy" next to each other with a straight face. Impressive. |

I mean, I like the guy when he's just going at it over a beat. Whether it's scripted or not, I don't know, but a lot of people claim that just about everything he does now (at least where mixtapes are concerned) is freestyled. No cheesy hooks or anything like that, just Weezy doing his thing. Is he one of my favorite rappers ever based on this kind of stuff? Nah, but he's damn entertaining. |

I even gave that I Got No Ceilings song from your Facebook a listen and it was so bad I couldn't make it through the song. I will never understand what people see in that hack. He makes simple enough puns for stupid people to get and think they're clever? |

I just realized Plastic Beach (Gorillaz) comes out on the same day FFXIII does. FF, Pokemon and Damon Albarn in one week? I think I may pop from happiness before it's over. :D |

I was pretty excited when I heard Streetlight Manifesto had a new cd coming out, then I found out it was a goddamn cover album. I mean, seriously? They're cute and all when you are actually semi-prolific, but it's just a pain when your band can't be bothered to release new music unless four or five years have passed. This year is boring as hell. |

Did you ever get This Addiction, GLS? Agony and Irony was so godawful dull, that I'm really hesitant to buy another Alkaline Trio CD unless it absolutely rocks. |
